Do you ever feel like your body's given up, achy, fatigued, and just genuinely not happy? Don't try to deny it because we all have those days, it is human nature. The real question is... how do you then approach your day? Do you let it eat you up on the inside and continue your day just waiting to get back into bed.. or do you mentally push yourself past those blocks in order to achieve as much as you can? Obviously the second question would be the right way to handle it, and I can say that yesterday I did exactly that. I woke up knowing I had to get in my workout before my day started, unfortunately I was not in my normal "let's get this shit started" type of mood as I was feeling a little beat up. As I got through my entire workload I realized I was not pleased with the amount of effort I put in. I told myself I could do better and mentally knew it too. So 6 hours later after finishing most of my work I had decided I was going to "re-do" the workout I had done previously that morning. It was a mental push because this time around I knew what to expect, but I wanted to do better for myself so I inhaled deeply and I began. I finished feeling more satisfied in myself than ever and my results were better than what I anticipated! It is amazing how good you can make yourself feel by taking control of your mind and body. Also my main reason of why I love being coach. Guiding others to take control of their own lives along with creating a new confidence and self-worth about their presence in the world! It begins with you! Face your obstacles, challenge it, and achieve! 🙌💯 Happy Valentine's Day❣️❣️❣️ - #mindoverbody #mentalstrength #positivity #change #believe #beextraordinary #pushyourself #challenge #findyourpurpose #motivate #dedicate #determination #consistency #inspire #influence #create #confidence #selfworth #selflove #happiness #healthy #lifegoals #happyvalentinesday — view on Instagram http://bit.ly/2GPewb9
