In order to move on, you must understand why you felt what you did and why you no longer need to feel it.

You don’t have a soul.      You are a soul.            You have a body.

Some think love can be measured by the amount of butterflies in their tummy. Others think love can be measured in bunches of flowers, or by using the words ‘for ever.’ But love can only truly be measured by actions. It can be a small thing, such as peeling an orange for a person you love because you know they don’t like doing it.

I’ll read my books and I’ll drink coffee and I’ll listen to music, and I’ll bolt the door.

What seems like a reasonable distance to one person may feel too far to somebody else.

Her brain wouldn’t do what she wanted it to do. She could feel the limitations of her own mind. She’d always been able to feel them. Like shutters coming down. Like blinds blocking out the light.

We cannot simply sit and stare at our wounds forever. We must stand up and move on to the next action.

You’ll be fine. You’re young. Feeling unsure and lost is part of your path. Don’t avoid it. See what those feelings are showing you and use it. Take a breath. You’ll be okay. Even if you don’t feel okay all the time.
