IT IS FINISHED!!!

I am actually INCREDIBLY happy with how it turned out! :33

Got a care package and a present of new paints and immediately had to use them!!!

And I’ve been wanting to draw King for so long!!!

It’s been a while but may i admit to you that one of my most favourite things to draw ever is hair aND ESPECIALLY! Fur 😻

And lovely Mei Mei from Turning Red is my absolute dream come true!

Which is ironic cause to my understanding fur is one of the most frustrating things to draw with hopes of making it look fluffy :33

So I made a little re-draw of one of my favourite promo scenes and I cannot count the times I have watched the movie by now I love it so much. I have never had ang movie ever make me want to be 13 again more than Turning Red!

Had fun making Melody, singing a melody~

For anyone that doesn’t know, Melody is the name of Ariel (the little mermaid) ‘s daughter. She is the key focus of Ariel 2 (electric boogaloo)

And much like her mother she is drawn to the unknown. However to her, the unknown is the ocean and the water!

Finished the #luminous #mermadie21 prompt finally! And officially this is my favourite one so far. And my favourite piece so far as well 😻

I am absolutely in love with how the hair turned out as well, Thank You @marikaboniuk so much for your incredible tips and inspiring posts!

Hair progress~

Still working on the luminous #mermadie21 prompt and i decided to try some new things and attempt some tips that @marikaboniuk has shown as I love drawing hair and i adore when the hair is done well.

And honestly, Marika does such incredible hair that i have so much respect for her brilliant drawing skills, absolutely check her out if you haven’t!!!

My respect for her just became x1000 times bigger! as this took so long. bUT IT IS SO SATISFYING

I love how it turned out and I hope i can get better at doing it and perfect it in my own way as this took me more than 10 hours for the hair alone 😹

I had so much fun doing this and the cloud effect and everything.

Where I do my best to represent my vision of the gorgeous Anya Taylor-Joy as a mermaid.

Finally finished this one and honestly i feel like it’s the best one i have done so far!

Got inspired by @talysketch in regards to the positioning if the mermaid from her Whale Shark mermay prompt

ps: i absolutely love it, it looks so cool 💙

but this was made for @madie_arts and the day 9 prompt of “Moonlight” 😹

As per usual, I an late.
