I'm mostly into colds but allergies are plenty neat too. And mess. Plenty of it. Stuff containing mess will be put under read more and/or have some other warning!

I am open to requests of my characters (once I... actually post them. Which I will VERY soon!).

Oh man, when I say @lakes-loopy's Nozzle I knew I had to. Even if I have to get up for work tomorrow... which is now today. Eh, I would've been up anyway.

I imagine Elm doesn't get sick very often but when they do they're rather miserable for the entirety of it. They've lived alone most of their life, but Elm finds another perk of living with people: they can take care of you!

Forget smoking, parts of YOU makes your nose a bit ticklish.

A has been dating B for a while but never got the change to meet their family since they live rather far and work gets in the way. A has always had horrible pollen allergies. Any flower you can name, it'll probably set them off. Though, B forgot to mention that to their family before they arrived.

It can't be that important, right?

Well, not if B's family shows their love and appreciation in the form of bouquets as a welcome gift.

A shuttering breath. Pinch. Squeeze. Massage. Small movements. A holding of breath until the feeling abates to that all too familiar buzz, a spark ready to be stoked into a fire if tended to wrong (or just right).

Enough is enough, and they have one of their housemates help them induce. It's full of long stretches of hitching, many false starts, and stuffy pleas for their nose to behave. Until their sinuses can't take it anymore. It's all a bit embarrassing, but they're too relieved to care.

Anyway, in my specific instance it's Sage shoving Elm's flower up his nose hoping the long stamens and pollen can tease the tickle out. By the end of it he can't stop sneezing and his nose is dripping everywhere, but it's better than the hell of being unable to.

Like, genuinely afraid to interact with certain objects or things or creatures, afraid I'd become ill.

Hello Anon! In light of this ask (which is also my first. Woah) and also trying to Chill Out from coursework, I present this doodle. Elm is actually roommates with Sage and another guy they call Peppermint. And it seems Elm isn't quite aware of where their stem is behind them!

Also, they are a whopping 2 feet tall. I love this little fella.
