Cover Banners for Online Store
Below are the cover banners created and used on the Hebeloft’s homepage between August 2017 to June 2018. Each banner is specifically designed to suit the brand and the campaign.
Event: Korea Sale Festa x Qoo10 Event
Year: November 2017
Project Information: I was in charge of overseeing the setup for this event, the key person to communicate with the Qoo10 team and provided support for my team from the backend.
Some of the main tasks were:
• set up the booths (connect the cash register to power source an make sure it is working etc)
• displayed the products that pleasant to the eye.
• assisted customers with their purchases.
Project Title: OG Cardmembers' Special sales event banner

Project Information: Plan and executed departmental store OG Cardmembers' Special sales event’s banner that was featured in OG’s booklet for their members.

Project Information: Created a company brochure that is included in every online order. The brochure includes a special discount code for the customers, the company’s offline counters and social media handles.
Project Title: Rebranding Project for an existing local fashion label
Purpose: College group project
Position: Marketing, Art Direction
Year: 2016
Project Information: A 6 weeks re-branding college project for an existing local fashion label Faculty.
I was on the business team where we brainstormed and came up with feasible solutions and marketing campaigns which could help local fashion label Faculty to gain more brand awareness in the market. I also assisted our media team member with the photo shoot, such as setting up the shoot location with the props and arranging the props and products to look cohesive and visually appealing.
Project Title: Liang You (良友)
Purpose: College group project
Position: EPUB designer
Software(s) used: Adobe Indesign CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6 for mock-up
Year: 2015
Project Information: I was in charge of designing EPUB’s layout to create a smooth user interface for the Shanghai 3.0/Dong Xi exhibition college project. Fashion images are categorized according to their respective exhibit rooms, and users are able to zoom in the image by tapping on it.

Project Title: Liang You (良友)
Purpose: College group project
Position: EPUB designer, general assistant and props sourcing
Year: 2015
Project Information: The three fashion images is a college group project for the cohort’s fashion exhibition Shanghai 3.0, located on DECK between 10-19 April 2015. The images were inspired by the magazine covers of Liangyou which was one of Shanghai’s most popular magazines in the 1950s and were infused with modern elements to showcase a contrast the lifestyle and fashion between the past and the present.
I took part in brainstorming, giving suggestions for the concept, props sourcing and created the group’s EPUB for the exhibition for the project.
Project Title: How to recognize a Teddy Boy: The first rebel teenage subculture coffee table book
Purpose: Individual college project
Position: Art Direction, Design Visualisation

Year: 2014
Project Information: The How to recognize a Teddy Boy book was an individual submissive to my degree program’s Digital Visualisation module. I was required to create a 40 paged coffee table book in a specific fashion subculture.
I chose to create a coffee table book on the subculture Teddy Boys (aka. Teds) which originated in England during the 1950s because I am infatuated with the rebellious kids meets gentlemen dressing combination.
The book’s layout mimics the cramped leading paragraphs and photo inserts used in newspapers in the United Kingdom during the period such as Daily Herald and The Evening Standard. Bold and big headers were used to reflect the aggressiveness of these defiant youths.

Project Title: Rebranding Project for an existing local fashion label
Purpose: College group project
Position: Marketing and Promotions, Art direction
Year: 2014
Project Information: This project is to rebrand an existing local fashion label BYSI with new marketing and promotion strategies and the change in the label’s branding consisting of the brand logo, and collaterals. Surveys and interviews were conducted for the team to understand the consumers’ behaviour and buying preferences and came up with marketing and promotional strategies to create brand awareness and entice consumers patronize the stores.
My team rebranded the label with a soft, muted colour palette and have changed the logo to an all lowercase one in the typeface Josefin Sans to reflect the modern sophisticated working lady.
I came up with the promotional strategy to have a pop-up store in the central district to attract the new target audience and contributed to other aspects of the project such as the gimmick, paper sourcing, and printing the collateral.
Project Title: Gilding the Lily
Purpose: College group project
Position: Fashion Stylist
Year: 2013
Project Information: This photo spread is a group project inspired by one of the short fiction from the book “The Bloody Chamber” written by Angela Carter. The photo story followed the fiction closely and showcases the struggles, internal conflicts and the pure-to-tainted transition the female protagonist went through.
With another teammate, we picked garments that have floral elements with a balance of whites, pastels and purple to showcase the pure-to-tainted transition as the spread progresses.
