despite the fact that rapunzel has so much light imagery surrounding her, i believe she’s actually a life player, which would put her between the breath and light aspects on the wheel and i think that’s pretty accurate for her. life encompasses growth, healing, abundance, rebelliousness, breaking the mold, etc. it has some of the fortune themes that come with the light aspect in it’s prosperity and some of the freedom themes that come with breath in it’s inability to be truly restricted (restriction being doom). she also seems to bring out the LIFE in people.

mother gothel is probably the actual light player here, my guess for her class being thief. she kept the sun’s flower for herself, she kept rapunzel and her glowing hair for herself, she repeatedly stole rapunzel’s autonomy/free-will (something vriska does literally with her mind control powers), she twisted the truth, etc. she’s also pretty narcissistic and very into looking at herself. these are all pretty lighty.

i’m not sure about flynn/eugene’s aspect but he’s probably a rogue? he’s definitely in the “courage” category, which is very about wearing metaphorical masks and playing up your own bravado and such. he could be a light player as well, since he somewhat mirrors some of mother gothel’s Things with his interactions with rapunzel (obsessed with his looks, trying to manipulate her into changing her mind), except he ends up being a good influence rather than a bad one? he was also very into fortune which is a known light symbol (and somewhat a life one as well, as mentioned above), but surprisingly not as into fame as he could be (his original “dream” is to live alone and peacefully?).

@orchestralcricket actually, i'd argue that steven is an heir of heart! inheritance is a huge part of his character, after all.
