First word after meditation: Center. Amado shares "In the midst of the unknown, the difficult + the beautiful, the one thing that remains constant is the breath. Here in Varadero península, an hour + a half from Havana Cuba, I encountered deception, heartbreak + betrayal. I was able to hold onto my center + enjoy the surrounding natural beauty despite the perceived swirling chaos. All is well. " @ClassicTone responds when we sit still and breath deep long enough we return to our true self, unmoved by external circumstances, able to see things with clarity, as they truly are. A person can only love to the capacity they love themselves. How we breathe is the first step of our relationship with self love and those around us. With clarity we are reminded that all challenge is the very opportunity to be able to embrace the infinite miracles and majestic beauty the human experience offers us. There is simply no lotus without mud, as mud is the growth to the sight of serenity. Although attachment and comfort provides us something very pleasing repulsion and discomfort provide the growth to find what matters most to us. Without it there is no unconditional love, compassion, or mastery. The greatest gift is to be the one to share a moment of solitude with another as the stored memory.
