I've noticed I don't really talk about myself much. So I thought it would be cute to do this (semi) old trend. I am planning to do more personal posts in the future to share some trivia about myself. I have a lot of plans for June (pride month + birthday lol)

Even if it was a simple cameo, even if Allan's relationship status remained single/open ended for flexibility(I mean I am not complaining, more opportunities for fan content. That's what we do best~), I absolutely love and respect the creators for confirming @basicallyedd would be his dream girl/is his type. And naming her "Allan's Muse" in the credits was the cherry on top, it was ADORABLE.

Some people in the fandom were straight up disgusting with fan creators at times. It was all "it ended because of you" this and "the creators would hate this" that. All this for what? People having harmless fun? Making up characters? Someone being inspired by their favorite show? At least they are creating and doing what they love instead of being miserable online. I think people really needed a reality check about how creators are just happy people engage with their shows as long as no one gets hurt.

I am extremely happy for you Emme, we all are. You are very dedicated and skilled at your craft. If anyone deserved this cameo, it was definitely you. Keep up the good work, never stop Allanposting!

This is a last word for today's news because everyone is talking about how much Smiling Friends means to them and I want to be sappy too:

I was in a horrible position when I first watched Smiling Friends, and to be honest I am still in a low, I still feel unsafe 24/7. Despite everything, it made me genuinely smile when I forgot what that even felt like. If it's really leaving after April and this isn't a setup for an April Fools joke (I wouldn't be mad if it was), it will suck a lot, especially during this time of my life. However, I respect the decision. Forcing production during burnout isn't a good thing.

Allan is the first character in my 21 years of life that I looked at and went "Haha they put me in a show". I am sure the creators didn't do this intentionally but he comes across as very autistic and reacts to a bunch of stuff the exact same way I do. There were even times I did a very specific absurd thing irl and Allan repeated it in a future episode. I didn't really spend my childhood being understood for behaving differently and have more negative memories than positive (the ones I can remember at least). Seeing how much everyone adores Allan both in universe and as a character made me feel at ease in a way, made me think that maybe I deserve that treatment as well.

Smiling Friends gave me motivation to work hard and get to a better/safer place. I hope I will achieve that some day. For everything, whether this is a joke or not, I extend my thanks to the creators.
