lol im back. so turns out they had mandatory meals w no cals listed (and only one food thing made, so not options for low cal etc) and every meal you sat down with everyone to eat for the entire 6 days. anyway, surprisingly i lost a bit.

Okay so last weigh in before I leave for my trip with no scale for a weekish. This week (really just 4 days or so) I lost .6kg, not the best but also not complaining. Somewhat worried for what this upcoming week will bring though
I’ll stick to my food rules as best as I can but everything else is up in the air. Hoping I lose a kg but I have no clue about the food situation
being anorexic and on a budget means your grocery hauls for the next two weeks are 50% made up of yogurt and end up being $40
