when your gainer shake is too dense to chug you switch to a bowl and a tablespoon. and of course as Im growing more and more my Ball gut becomes my table on which I place my meals and I dont mind if it gets dirty. It just shows that i'm growing rounder. Did you hear that loud burp as that gut expands? feels so good.
