hello! i havent been on tumblr for a while but i just checked and i have 550+ followers. thank you for following me! i know i need to post more ha ha sorry. anyway, thanks again! :)

i know people think it would be cool to see alex get superpowers eventually but i think it’s important that she doesn’t. alex can be strong, independent, and intelligent just by being herself. and we need more strong female leads on tv, who aren’t special aliens and stuff (not saying we don’t need supergirl though. i love her too!)

also, for me, it’s hard to see alex cry or go through a difficult situation. she’s always there for others, comforting them and caring for them. she’s ready to help whoever needs help. so it’s hard to see her feel helpless, lost, sad, or whatever even though her friends and family are there for her. BUT it is important to see that side of her. it shows that even the strongest people can struggle and that’s very important.
