Some worldbuilding related sketches of religious knights. The deity they worship is Death, which is its own character in my worldbuilding.
I wrote a bit about the inspo and ideas of it on my subscriber sites, but one of the inspos were the painted skulls in the bone house in Hallstatt. I imagine the knights painting their own symbols and flowers on their helmets as a way to part from their life before their religious service.

I'm surprised the knight kink crowd hasn't picked up on the fact that historical knights had a habit of capturing each other for ransom. What do you mean you don't see the sexual tension in rivals seeking each other out in battle or through ambush, deliberately avoiding harming their target so they may be taken back to the attacker's castle, either held as a prisoner or as a honored "guest" as the case may be, until they are redeemed by their friends and allies?

The Royal Armouries let me play about in their armour!
(This was a set from someone similar in size to me, but it wasn’t exactly correct in all dimensions. Real knights often wore armour that was made to measure, which would allow for a slightly better range of motion. However, for a video game or film character that has looted armour, then something that fits as well as this would be a best case scenario, so it still tells us a fair bit!)
