Teachers, Teachers, stop thinking that every issue that’s brought up is a judgement on you. Your inability to look at a problem without you at the centre makes the system impossible to improve.  Ignore those that chose to bring the problem up. Deal with it instead. I speak only for about teachers I work with, for a person who studies the success of Islamic, community – based schools, one of the greatest challenges to implement anything that will lead to concrete improvement are the ego’s of teachers and administrators who cannot see the larger picture of how to improve the school. Even worse is when there is no drive to pursue professional development..
