Dungeon Quest -Amiga

Just watched a long play on YouTube of dungeon quest on the Amiga, a game I played for ages (but never got passed the dragon) as a kid. A great great adventure game as I remembered it but sadly one with (now I’ve seen it) a terrible ending. :(

God, I loved this game… It was just a beautifully simple game that I lost hours playing (and I’d go out on a limb and say it’s probably the only air hockey game ever made). I could never get past The General, though (the pig guy on the cover - still can’t figure out how to get screen grabs from the Amiga emulator), but I sure as hell tried…

I’m selling my copy of this on eBay, if anyone reading it would like to give it a good home.

I loved this game. Played it for hours aver and over. Seems to remember getting it as part of a multipack of games when I got my Amiga for Christmas and spending a good few hours on Christmas evening playing it.

Exciting article is exciting! Although I have had UAE4Droid working on here in the past, and controls are awkward on some games. But yes! Maybe games will be more… optimized? I’m too tired to read it properly.

HDR photography done properly. The detail in the dark areas on the elephants body and the detail in the bright areas of the sky, bar the sun itself is very good. Usually HDR slaps you in the face as looking quite 'plastic'
