Despite the limited time and your tight schedule, you still managed to deliver a wonderful performance and we were honestly in awe — we didn’t expect that one coming but we were happy and proud of you.

We also loved reading your updates, hence the title given to you. Keep doing it for we got to learn about your muse through your updates.

Chungha, you’re one of the most creative stars and hearing your out-of-box and unique idea was refreshing. We clearly did not expect the video during the performance but it was so funny and impressive. You’re also witty when answering questions, it sure is always interesting to hear your answers.

Jacob! Can you believe we will be wrapping up the year in a few days? If you can’t, well, me neither. This year felt so long and time seemingly stops at March, but here we are, nine months later and few lockdowns later. We made it. Though there is no guarantee we will be entirely mask-free next year, but let’s start the New Year with fresh joys and a life filled with peace. The upcoming year too, I hope you get to experience warmth and togetherness and prosperity.

Lady Jisoo of Dior — we saw your advertisement with Dior the other day and dare we say, you look absolutely stunning. This year, you’ve had comebacks, released a debut album, won awards, became the cover of magazines, landed your first acting gig... what a year, huh? We are so proud of you for all of your achievements through the years you have been in the industry and we wish you the bestest luck on your future endeavors. Thank you for being you, for being the wise eldest sister of BLACKPINK that they could rely on, for being born to this world and for never giving up on your dreams. Chichi, thank you for becoming one of our stars and for staying with us these past months. Please stay healthy, stay safe and stay with us for as long as you can, okay?

May 2021 open more doors for you and for the year to be better.

The year might not go as smooth as we expected as some of our activities were forced to be postponed until the situation gets better, but it certainly didn’t stop EVERGLOW from becoming one of the brightest stars that shone on 2020. I’m proud that despite the circumstances, you guys still managed to release a hit and achieved many things. Jiwon, we have yet to converse much but I can tell you are one individual to have around and I hope in the upcoming year, we will get closer. Within a couple of days, we will be welcoming 2021 and I read this interesting quote the other day.

“What the new year brings to you will depend on a great deal on what you bring to the new year.”

So before we welcome the new year, we hope you will let go all the anger, all the displeasures you had throughout 2020 and instead, bring out new hopes and dreams for the new year.

Thank you for choosing Record of Youth, Aisha. It’s always a refreshing sight to see you, seeing you with Younghoon always brings happiness to my heart too; make it last this year too, lovebirds.

Zoa, seeing you will always remind me of days before we held our first ever open registration. You felt like a refreshing sight for me somehow and it was really fun talking to you, despite our conversations being short, but it’s the energy you exude. Keep being you, little miss Friday. We hope the upcoming year more opportunities will be laid out for you and the girls. You debuted this year and were a big hit, and we believe in 2021, you will be one of the biggest stars out there.

Joohyuk, thank you for doing your best and making it through the year. Congratulations on the success of Start Up, it was definitely worth the wait to see you on screen again and to witness your growth as an actor — we are proud of you for your achievement this year, Joohyuk!

Hoyoung, let us be honest to you about one thing: We had little conflict in our hearts choosing between you and your twin back you were Byungchan because you both are competent but we settled with you and that was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Seeing you have always made us happy, you interact well both with the PDs and your friends. Thank you for being you and for being the social butterfly that you are, thank you for joining our little adventure. We can’t wait to create more memories with you in the upcoming year.

The Boyz had quite an eventful year this year, didn’t you? It was rather surprising yet exciting to hear news that The Boyz are joining Kingdom yet again. We can’t wait to see even more cooler performances from The Boyz next year.

Someone had quite an eventful year with the release of the debut album, becoming a mentor, comebacks, photoshoots, et cetera yet you still make time to become one of our stars — we are so proud of you for making it through the year and for all the things you have achieved, Lalisa.
