A family medical emergency sent me back to my hometown and the surrounding area over the weekend. ⁣ ⁣ While I wish the trip had been more for fun, it's a gorgeous time to be in the upper midwest! ⁣ ⁣ The air is crisp, the trees are turning color, and on a clear day, the sky always manages the perfect shade of blue.⁣ ⁣ 🍂 Transitioning into Autumn, it can be easy to lean on "traditional" rustic fall colors--olive green, pumpkin orange, brick red, harvest gold.⁣ ⁣ Fun fact: there are TONS of bright, vibrant colors in Fall, if you're willing to see them!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ One of my favorite Fall color combos is orange and navy. ⁣ ⁣ 💙 Swap out the navy for a brighter blue (say, sky blue), however, and you have another winner!
