I feel it in my chest, my limbs are heavy and each breath is more of a sigh. I hate myself, I hate my life. Every thought I think makes things worse. I want to curl up in a ball and cry. I want to walk outside and just disappear. I want to break up with my boyfriend bc he deserves better than having to deal with a loser like me. I am not okay. I don’t want to talk, there’s nothing to talk about. It’s just a dark cloud, a thick fog I’m trying to navigate, only to get lost in. It’s like an ever-growing mountain, that every time I reach the summit, a hundred more feet of rock appear before me. It’s like standing in mud, sinking constantly and the more you struggle the faster you go down. It hurts so much you start feeling sick. Deep breaths don’t help and all you want is to talk to someone special. But you can’t, so you rant on Tumblr, where hopefully no one can hear you scream.
