can we talk about how having a nsfw tumblr causes people to constantly boil you down to being just a sex obsessed person and then they think less of you

also at least for me, tumblr is a symptom of not being super sex obsessed. Lets me tap into and express sexuality in a super confined and safe environment. Also the fact that sex is this huge huge thing to some people speaks so much more to ‘obsession’ than those who are just normal and casual in talking about it and expressing it

also even if I am sooooo obsessed… it has literally no impact on moral value

This is what’s been bugging me about Tumblr ever since “the ban.” There was a sense of community built on the mutual understanding that we are all people and we have individual beliefs, interests, and experiences outside of what we post or reblog. Tumblr just so happened to be a good medium to freely and safely express, explore, and discover our (sexual) interests with others.

At a certain age, things are not misunderstandings or mistakes anymore. It’s your character, and I’m not with it.
