For two and a half years now, I’ve been doing a little personal challenge: summarizing the month's events and drawing a portrait. I love looking back at my notes from previous years and remembering what I was doing during any given month. It also makes year-end recaps really convenient. I usually feel a bit sad at the end of the year, but this challenge helps me recall the mix of good and bad events that made up the year, so it stops feeling like a total waste of time. It’s my own little form of therapy. :) I love the portraits I create for each month. I wanted to share the artwork from 2026.
