Got off of work. Treated myself to two lunches. Enjoying the knowledge that each calorie is only making me bigger. 👍🏼

2/3 of a pan of Cheesy Ranch Burger Helper… and a good dose of beer + pretzel chips. Nice and full as I sit on my favorite spot on the couch. Stuffed and comfy.

Been a bit since I posted something. Had lunch with a friend, intentionally ate a decent quantity, and am feeling kind of fat right now.

I also didn’t realize my face was beginning to look fatter. I love growing a double chin.
