I need to improve her jumps without messing up her walks. She walks funny when I put shoes on her.

Where is she jumping? You can get a small trampoline. Or train her to jump better. Even if she got surgery it would take a long time to recover and recoveries don’t always go well.

For battles?

I want her to be powerful and cool for battles but she doesn't even do anything. Kind of like some people I know.

She might just be a pokemon that doesn't like battling. Or she didn't know what attack meant because you didn't say a specific move. Do you know what moves she has?

I'd bring my grass types; ask what she thinks about that too okay?
