Now, this was a sight for sore eyes. A Child of Misfortune, and a Glen’s presence? This was too much to be packed into just one day, and one meeting, entirely. Though the Glen’s presence made him feel rather uneasy, he still couldn’t contain his laughter enough for it remain muffled.

                                                (Even so, a laugh is a laugh.)

The Child of Misfortune looked rather curious now. His reaction to the laugh wasn't that of anyone else. Well, that was to be expected to one who was, or already was, Glen Baskerville. The stage looked as safe as it ever could be for someone with his optics, so he entered with slight caution.

That was a rather lackluster response, though he wanted something. Levy expected nothing different from that.

Even while scolding him, Pénélope felt a swell of relief crest and fall in her chest. Their time together was to be short, and there were still so many things that needed to be said.

"I suppose it would be all right… So long as it is our secret. Only ours. Swear?”

There was no hiding it, Levy was frightened of what unknown awaited him at the end of the road. It was not his choice, nor his sisters. But that of which was already decided. There was no fighting it, but to embrace it with open arms.

"And none other's. Have a little faith in me." The younger chuckled lightly, "I wonder...If you are to become Glen, then should you have an apprentice as well?" Levy couldn't help muffling his laugh from that one.

Noticing her certainty, Levy’s face become a blank slate. Seeing scarlet hues on another person was a treat. There was no exception when it came to the Child of Misfortune. There was to be one per Glen born. That way distortions weren’t so common. This couldn’t have possibly been happening, but it probably made Jyri scream in her..it’s sleep.

Can’t let this opportunity go bye. I wonder…

"Intrigued? I see." He put his thumb right to the corner of his cheek, "Where shall we start?"

 Perhaps her trip to the Core had gone astray? The Abyss was known for spitting people out into different times— it wasn’t uncommon among the Baskervilles. A possibility, as Lacie came to ackowledge. If this was indeed what happened, maybe she went back in time? Or forward? It was impossible to tell.

          A smile was given, eyebrow raising.

Thoughts about where she had came from crossed his mind like high frequencies now. Did she come from another 'Glen' that was born? Another time? Perhaps this was the Core's human form or something along the lines of? All he knew was, if the first thought was true. His sister had to hurry up the rituals...And that would mean, a quicker drop down. 

"What a pretty name," His smile held together his thoughts, "I'm Levy."

Red colored irises searched her quietly, making sure he wasn’t pressing onto anything with a volatile personality. That wasn’t welcome in any part of Levy’s day. Certainly would’ve been a downer, wouldn’t it?

"Are you lost miss? You certainly look like you’ve seen a ghost."

 There was momentary surprise— sanguine optics widening for a second before the expression dwindled, now replaced with curiousity. Another Child of Misfortune. Truly, it was a rare sight to see. Levi had told her that they were only born when the next head of the household had been.

              He must of got it wrong.
