I woke up Monday morning almost twenty minutes before Drew and Iâs alarm was supposed to go off.
For a while, I stayed exactly where I was, staring through the lace curtains as the early morning light slowly filled the bedroom. My mind immediately started running through everything I had to do that day. I had a full patient load waiting for me, paperwork I was already behind on, groceries to pick up after work, and laundry that had been sitting untouched in the dryer since Saturday.
Then I remembered, It was Drewâs first day in the emergency department. Almost immediately, a pit formed in my stomach.
I had been excited about it for weeks. I was still excited. Having Drew at PTMC meant no more planning our lives around train schedules or squeezing entire weekends together before one of us had to leave again. For the first time, our lives were actually beginning to exist in the same place. However, there was another part of my life waiting for him downstairs in the emergency department. A part Drew knew absolutely nothing about.
Big Dick Energy
Pairing: Dr. Jack Abbot x f!reader
Summary: After months of simmering tension with Dr. Jack Abbot you finally give in and the confident combat veteran attending proves his big dick energy isn't just talk.
Warning/Rating: 18+; explicit, graphic sexual activity (manual stimulation, penetration, orgasm described in detail), protected sex, strong language/profanity, power dynamics (doctor/nurse workplace relationship), sexual tension, dominant/submissive themes, amputee character (prosthetic leg), hospital setting
Word Count: 1.5 K
The thing about Dr. Jack Abbot that nobody said out loud - but everyone knew - was that the man radiated big dick energy.
Not in an obnoxious way. Not in the way that made you roll your eyes at some peacocking resident who thought he was God's gift because he could intubate without looking. No, Jack's confidence was the quiet kind. The kind that made you pay attention when he walked into a trauma bay, salt-and-pepper hair slightly mussed, that subtle hitch in his gait from the prosthetic barely noticeable unless you were watching. Which you were. Often.
Jack Abbot whoâs always dated women younger than him, but never as young as you.

Most evenings, heâs kissing you goodbye out on the street. Jack on the way to work, and you on the way to the bar wearing the shortest skirt money can buy, with your girlfriends in tow.
He gets at least ten messages before the nightâs over: a blurred selfie once the margaritas kick in, half a dozen âI miss youâ texts with far too many kisses at the end of them, a video of you screaming along to a song you know he loves and eventually, once youâre back home in bed, a Tiktok link that either leads to two cuddling cats with âthis is sooooo us jackieeemekd!â beneath it or â on those kinds of nights â a scenic view (of a lake or a mountain, who cares?) with âi need you so bad rnâ written in a yellow font across it.
Those nights are his favourite. Youâre insatiable at the best of times but as soon as a drop of alcohol is in your system, you turn feral â and Jack loves it.
It doesnât matter that itâs barely turned seven in the morning. Or that he hasnât showered after a twelve hour shift.
As soon as you hear the familiar, dull thud of his duffel bag hitting the floor, youâre up, eyelids still drowsy as you crawl to the edge of the bed and lock your hungry gaze onto him.
All Jack can do is smile as he drags a hand through his silver curls, because after ten minutes of pretending to sleep beside one another, where you grind your ass excruciatingly slow against his hardening cock, heâll give in.
In an instant, youâll be on your back, Jackâs large hands coming up to cup your chest and squeeze. You sigh, hips wriggling in anticipation, and he takes that as a sign to slide his hands down your stomach and over your hips.
Heâll press a feverish kiss to your lips, groaning into your mouth and scrunching his eyes shut tightly as his clothed crotch bucks up against you â no better than a teenage boy when it comes to you.
Your nails â pretty, pink and french-tipped â dig into his shoulders, desperately trying to have him closer to you than he already is.
And, God, when you let out that needy, little whine, Jack knows exactly what youâre asking for. You donât have to say anything, heâs already stuffing you full of his cock.
Your lips part and your head lolls back and then youâre past the point of return, where nothing can bring your poor, fucked-out brain back down to earth.
Jackâs pumping in and out of you, chest heaving and breathing deeply through his nose as he grunts. One of your hands is clawing at his chest, and then his biceps and then his back â any bare skin you can get your hands on â and the other is tugging at your lip, trying (and failing) to focus on something thatâll keep you grounded when all you can think about is the way the steady drilling of Jackâs cock feels against your walls.
Your eyes fall shut for no more than a second before Jackâs slowing his pace, forcing you to open them again as you whine.
âThere they areâŚâ he grins, cooing at you, âKnew you still had those pretty eyes in there. Keep âem on me, sweetheart.â
And he revels in the way your cunt tightens around him as he says it.
Doctor's Choice: Second or Last Chance?

read previous part here.
Seasons had passed and the weather had changed. You spent your Christmas with Jack rather than your family this past year, which was a welcome change. Not that they would want you to come anyways. Not after you dropped the bomb of your motherâs affair on them the last time they saw you.Â
Once again, you were at the receiving end of the repercussions of another womanâs mistake.Â
It was now January. New year, new you. Thatâs what youâd tell yourself in the mirror every morning to make actually getting through the day seem worth it.Â
Jack had noticed it as well as almost everyone else in the ED. Youâd changed. You hadnât been yourself since that night. It didnât matter what Jack had done to try and convince you that it was not your fault how things went. She could only probe so much before you snapped.Â
You, in turn, asked him if he thought you were a captive test subject that had no other choice but to snap. It ended in a fight and him staying with Robby. It was more than irrational. You knew that and you apologized heavily when he returned the next day, saying you didnât know what was wrong with you.Â
You started therapy a month later. It was the earliest you could get into the same therapist that Jack went to. It was convenient that way and the doctor was nice.Â
You talked about a lot of things. Your childhood, how your mother treated you and how it made you feel like you didnât really belong in their world. Because you didnât. She made sure you knew that from the day you were born.Â
Dr. Ryker brought up your father a few times. You shut it down every time. Your father wasnât a cruel man. He just prioritized work and relations more than caring for his children. You werenât sure if he had even changed a single diaper during the times you and your siblings were in them.Â
You also didnât know much about him, to be honest. You knew the version he let colleagues see. You didnât know his favorite color or what he did in what little free time he had. You knew he was a tough surgeon who was ruthless when it came to procedures. You knew he had been married once before your mom, but it ended with him being a widower with no kids.Â
You knew your mother met him at the hospital when she had been there to be with her father when he passed. You knew she pursued him. You knew she cheated on him.Â
âDo you see yourself trying to mend the relationship with your father?â Dr. Ryker asked at the end of the session. âI think it would do you some good. Even if it is just to give you some closure on the situation.âÂ
You thought about it the entire drive back to the house you shared with Jack. You started renting it maybe four months ago. Some things still werenât unpacked and you weren't really in a rush to do anything.Â
Jack let it be, but you know deep down that he was worried. He had every right to be. You didnât feel like yourself. You knew he knew you didnât feel like yourself.Â
âHey, sweetheart,â he gave you that heart melting smile he always did when you returned home. âHowâd it go?âÂ
âIt was fine,â you shrugged. Same answer every time and heâd never pressure you to say something more conversational. What you said in the confidence of your session was your information to share and yours only. You knew that, but even Jack had a breaking point.Â
You stood between his legs, forcing him further back into the couch he had already been lounging on. Your body melted into his, a soft sigh leaving you as his big arms wrapped around your body and pulled you closer.Â
âMy dad has been reaching out,â you mumbled. You felt his body stiffen before relaxing back against yours. âI didnât want to tell you yet because I didnât really want to deal with it but Dr. Ryker said going to see him might help me in coming to terms with everything.âÂ
âWhatâs he been saying?â Jack rubbed slow circles on your lower back. âItâs nothing bad, right? Heâs not taking it out on you?âÂ
You shook your head against his shoulder. âNothing like that. Heâs justâŚchecking in on me, I guess. He leaves voicemails saying that he misses having me at dinner and how I can reach out anytime if I need something or want to talkâŚâÂ
You sucked in a sharp breath.Â
âHe says he can tell me about the man my mom cheated with if I want to know,â you murmured, closing your eyes and resting your head on his shoulder. âHe called him my other dad in the voicemail, Jack. And I could hear it. I could hear how heartbroken he was having to say it out loud.âÂ
âBabyâŚâ he sighed, pulling you back so he could get a good look at you. âThatâs notâŚnone of this is on you.âÂ
âI shouldâve just left it alone,â you shook your head, rubbing at your tear filled eyes. âI couldâve just distanced myself and let them live their happy life without me. My mom wouldâve been happyâ dad wouldnât beâ he wouldnât be feeling like his entire marriage was built on a false narrative.âÂ
âYou arenât responsible for this mess,â he reassured, using his thumbs to brush any stray tears away. He was so sweet, so gentle even though you had pushed him away every time emotions became the centerpiece of the relationship.Â
âAll you did was tell him the truth,â Jack hummed, kissing your temple and pulling your face back into the crook of his neck. âIf I were in his shoesâ I would want to know.âÂ
âYouâd never,â you pulled back quickly. âThis would neverâ this will never be our lives.âÂ
âI know,â he nodded, a small, content smile filling his face. âMaybe you should go meet up with your dad. JustâŚto see. I know you, baby. Youâd never forgive yourself if you didnât.âÂ
And he was right. He did know you. He knew you far too well and it was a blessing and a curse.Â
You texted your dad that same night after sitting with it for almost eight more hours. Just something small.
âHi. Sorry it took so long to text you. We can meet up tomorrow if youâre free? Iâm on day shift, but if you want to get dinner or just stop by the hospital before I head home, that's fine as well.â
You didnât bother checking your phone the rest of the night. You didnât have the stomach for it. However, when you woke up, he had responded, agreeing and saying he would stop by the hospital afterwards.Â
You regretted asking him the night before and looking at the confirmation text. You spent your entire shift stressed and unfocused. So unfocused that you had ended up screwing up a chart and got your head ripped off by Park.Â
Who in turn messaged Jack and asked what was wrong with you because youâre usually extremely focused. Like, âPark the Sharkâ laser focused.Â
Jack found you at the end of your shift sitting in the stairwell with your arms wrapped around yourself. You looked like a little kid consoling yourself because no one would do it for you. He felt terrible and almost sick, but he knew neither of those feelings would help you in this situation, so he opted for the next best thing.Â
âI had taco bell delivered,â he spoke softly, not trying to spook you.Â
You lifted your head to look at him, a grateful smile spreading across your lips as you took the bag from him. A five-layer burrito and a Mexican pizza sat inside along with a large nacho fry. The same thing you order every time to a T.Â
âThank you,â you faltered, scooting over so he had space to sit on the same step as you. âIâll eat it later if we donât get dinner.âÂ
âOh, thatâs right,â he ran a hand over his face. âSorry, I thought he was just stopping by.âÂ
âNo, itâs okay, Jackie,â you shook your head before resting it against his broad shoulder, smushing your face into it. âI appreciate it. I hope thatâs all heâs doing. I donât think I have the strength to sit through a dinner tonight. Iâm exhausted.âÂ
âYouâve definitely got it in you,â he took your hand in his. âBut youâre calling the shots now. They had their chance. Everything is on your terms now.âÂ
You hummed in return, a heavy sigh leaving you as he brought your hand to his lips and kissed the back of it.Â
âHave a nacho fry,â he reached into the bag and pulled the nacho cheese cup and the fries out. âI know youâre starving.âÂ
You opened your mouth and let him feed you the dipped fry, humming in appreciation. You were starving. Your nerves had prevented you from keeping anything down, resulting in two different emergency trips to the bathroom.Â
You had maybe 30 more seconds of peace before your phone buzzed with a message from your father saying he was parking and heâd meet you in the garden used for long term patients who wanted to stretch their legs.Â
âI can come with you, if youâd like,â Jack offered, watching you stand up.Â
âNo, no,â you sucked in a sharp breath, collecting your bag and phone from the steps. âI should do this by myself.âÂ
âAre you sure?â He looked unnaturally unsure.Â
âYeah, Iâll be okay,â all you could muster up was a tight-lipped smile.Â
Truth was, you didnât think youâd ever be ready for this conversation. You shouldnât even have to go through this conversation. The anger you had felt towards your mom was all bubbling to the surface and you didnât want your father to be on the receiving end.Â
When you got to the garden, you spotted him before he spotted you. You just looked at him. You looked at him for a long time. He wasnât in a suit. He was in jeans and a T-shirt.Â
You couldnât remember the last time you saw him in casual clothes. That wasnât the biggest surprise. He had this look on his face.Â
He was a man who always knew what to do and what to say, but right now, he looked distraught. He looked completely caught off guard and uneasy. Nothing like the man you had grown up seeing.Â
You took a deep breath before you started over to him. Your palms were uncomfortably sweaty and you were sure sweat was starting to pool at your hairline.Â
He heard you before he saw you, and when he did see you, he stood up before you even got to him.Â
âHey, honey,â the smile he had practiced in the rearview mirror of his car on the way there wasnât staying on. He went in for a hug, but when you didnât seem to be reciprocating, he dropped his hands back down to his sides.Â
âHi, dad,â you swallowed, the chill of the air not doing much to help your nerves.Â
The garden had heated paths, which was good, considering it had snowed non-stop for the past three days.Â
âThe benches are warm,â he motioned to the one he had just stood up from.Â
You sat down slowly, shoving your hands into the pockets of your winter coat. You could see every shaky breath you made, it appeared in the air right in front of you.Â
âHow have you been?â He broke the uncomfortable silence.Â
âIâve been goodâ things areâŚgood.â It was the best you could do given the situation. You werenât comfortable sharing much more.Â
The area filled with silence once again. All you could hear was the traffic from the busy road in front of the hospital and the sirens from incoming ambulances in the bay.Â
âI failed you, honey,â he spoke again.Â
It was the first time he had ever admitted any wrongdoing. At least it was the first time youâd heard him admit he was wrong about anything.Â
âI made the mistake of letting your mother control how you and your brothers and sisters were raised,â he sucked in a sharp breath. âI made the mistake of letting the affair continue.âÂ
âWhat?â You turned to look at him. âItâs stillâŚsheâs stillâŚâÂ
âShe moved in with him two weeks after that dinner,â he nodded, letting out a bemused laugh. âThree decades of marriage and she justâ sorry. I wonât put this on you. This is my mess.âÂ
âAre youâŚare you okay?â You questioned wearily. Emotions werenât his forte. They werenât really yours either.Â
âFeels like a weight off my back, honestly,â he turned to look at you. âI hate your mother, honey. Itâs so terrible for me to say that to you, but that womanâŚshe is vile. Sheâs almost as bad asââÂ
âGrandma,â you finished for him, letting out a bitter, dry laugh.Â
Everyone who knew your mother knew about her mother. The apple didnât fall far from the tree and it was the same size, shape, and bitter taste.Â
âI didnât come here toâŚburden you with my marital problems,â he sighed, feeling less heavy than he did at first. âI donât plan on withholding anything from you any more. Iâm done hiding your motherâs skeletons in my own closet. So, if you want to know aboutâŚhimâŚIâll tell you everything.âÂ
âWho isâŚhim?â you swallowed. The words almost made you throw up right then and there, but the last thing you wanted was nacho cheese and nacho fries on the ground in front of you.Â
âMichael Simmons,â he cleared his throat, crossing his arms and leaning back into the bench. âHe was my brother in lawâ before your mother. My late wife, Kathleen. Heâsâwas her brother.âÂ
Woah. Woah.Â
âWhen Kathleen passed, I didnât look for someone else for five years. I met your mother at the hospital in Washington, well, you know that story. My KathleenâŚshe wasâŚamazing. She was everything. Your motherâŚshe was there. She picked me up only to drop me from a higher distance.âÂ
âDad...âÂ
âNo, itâs okay. Iâm okay. I go to therapy, you know? Have for decades.â He laughed.Â
âReally?â You frowned, picking at your cuticles. âI started going a couple months ago. Jack referred me to his therapist.âÂ
âIs it helping?âÂ
âWell, heâs the one who said I should meet up with youâŚopen wounds need closing, or something like that.âÂ
âThatâs not what I asked, honey.âÂ
You bit the inside of your cheek before you answered. âI think Iâm getting betterâŚor at least Iâm almost getting better,â you shrugged slightly. âLots of familial baggage, you know?âÂ
It was a low blow. You knew it and he felt it.Â
âYouâre a spitting image of her,â he hummed, pulling his wallet out of his pocket and holding a worn photo out to you. âMy Kathleen. I think thatâs why your mother held so much resentment towards you. I couldnâtâŚâ he shook his head. âI shouldâve been able to get over itâ for you, I shouldâve been there for you. It wasnât your fault and I didnât blame you for anything your mother did, butâŚseeing you. That was harder than losing her all those years ago.âÂ
You stared at the withered roses in front of you, forcing back tears.Â
âI donât think I ever stopped grieving her,â he continued. âHow could I, when youâŚand Iâm not blaming you, how could I when every day, I was looking right back at her? And your mother, she knew it. She hated it. She wanted a husband and boyfriend, but with you as proof of her affair, it could slip away at any point. I shouldâve protected you from that.âÂ
âYou shouldâve,â you nodded, looking at him with glassy eyes. âYou should have. Because you knew all that time, dad. You knew that sheâ I was a child. I was a baby. I shouldnât have had to be the one dealing with all this bullshit. You know that for the first month after that dinner, I had my brothers and sistersâ cousins I havenât even talked to for years, calling and texting calling me selfish and a monster for ruining a happy marriage.âÂ
You laughed, running your hands over your face.Â
âThatâs what they called a marriage that had an almost two decade long internal affair,â you wiped your eyes. âYou might not have yelled, or degraded me, but youâre just as at fault as she is, dad. You didnât protect me and now Iâm screwed up for life.âÂ
âHoney, IââÂ
Your phone started ringing. Jackâs caller ID filling the screen.Â
You picked it up without thinking twice.Â
âHello?â You sniffled, standing up.Â
âIâm so sorry, baby. Thereâs a multi-vehicle pileup coming in. Youâre still at the hospital, right?âÂ
âYeah, in the garden,â you glanced back at your father. âDo you need me?âÂ
âShenâs still on his vacation. Canât call him in. Iâm so fucking sorry.âÂ
âNo, itâs okay, Jack,â you ran a hand over your chilled face. âIâll be down there in a second.âÂ
âI love you. Iâll see you.âÂ
âI love you too,â you smiled to yourself, looking down at the time as he hung up.Â
âYouâre needed?â Your dad stood up as you turned back to him.Â
âYeah. Lotâs of incoming from a crash,â you nodded, pushing your hair out of your face. âListen, IââÂ
âNo, itâs okay,â he shook his head quickly. âI should get going. I have a few consults in the morning.âÂ
âOh, okay,â you nodded.Â
You were just going to leave it at that, but it didnât feel right. None of this felt right.Â
âIâllâŚreach out some time,â you hummed. âWe can get dinner or something?âÂ
âThat sounds great,â he smiled, extending his arms once again. This time, you accepted.Â
âI donât want to know him, dad,â you murmured into his shoulder. âI have a dad. Iâm not looking for another. Especially not him.âÂ
You felt lighter as you headed down to the ED. Not fully weightless, but lighter. Now, you were more upset about having to stay at the hospital rather than stuff your face with taco bell in the comfort of your bed.Â
âHey, you okay?â Jack spun you around to get a gown on you. âHowâd it go?âÂ
âIt wentâŚokay,â you admitted.Â
Jack frowned a bit, hoping to get a little more out of you this time. âI wish youâd talk to me.âÂ
That made you turn your head and frown right back at him. Why was he suddenly pushing?
âI just donât want to talk about it right now,â you mumbled, tying the gown yourself.Â
âYou never want to talk about it.â He muttered under his breath.Â
âWhat?â You pressed.Â
âYou never want to talk about anything,â he repeated, slightly louder this time. Loud enough to attract the eyes of passing nurses. The worst people to get caught up in anyone's business.Â
âYou never talk to me about anything anymore,â he continued, lowering his volume, but keeping the tone. âYou shut down after that night. You donât do anything but work or stay home. How is this relationship supposed to work when you donât open up to me?âÂ
âThatâs rich coming from you, Mr. âI donât want to burden you with my problems.ââ You scoffed, getting defensive.Â
âThatâs not the same and you know it,â he huffed. âAll Iâm askingââÂ
âI donât want to talk about it, Jack!â You raised your voice. âIâm not talking about it, so leave it alone. I donât need this right now.âÂ
âWow,â he sucked in a breath, running his hand over his mouth. âI just saw your mother.âÂ
He didnât mean it. You wished you knew he didnât mean it. He regretted it the minute he saw your face fall.Â
âBaby, that wasâ that was so out of line and not at all whatââÂ
âNo,â you cut him off, shaking your head. âLetâs just stop there. Iâm not doing this anymore.âÂ
âWhat?â He felt his heart drop. âBaby, we can talk about this.âÂ
âIâm not doing this anymore,â you motioned between the two of you. âIâm done. This is done.âÂ

Your smile, Your ghost (part 23)
Pairing: Brendon Park x femReader (nurse reader)
Warning: No medical knowledge from the writer. Wildly inaccurate medical depictions, probably. Descriptions of medical things and injuries. Intense behaviors from a Scorpio man in love. Suggestive ish?
Summary: Brendon Park feels like heâs being haunted by a pretty girl in scrubs who seems to always show up when he needs her.
Chapter Summary: Dr. Park asks you out and your overthinking gets the best of you.
Part 22 | Masterlist
âââââââââââ
Dr. Park was debating on whether or not to go back inside the hospital and bring you out personally. Until he spotted you being wheeled out by a nurse. He pushed his body off of the passenger door he had been leaning on and took his hands out of the pockets of his hoodie, to open the door for you.
As you got closer to him, he felt the same relief from earlier when he saw your face again.
âThanks,â you said to the nurse, who helped you into the car, and promptly walked away.
Park checked both your legs were inside before he closed the door and walked around the car to the driverâs side. He got in his seat, shut the door and turned to you to check on you. Your hands were on your elbows and your lips were pursed.
âAre you cold?â He raised an eyebrow.
âNot really,â you shrugged as you grabbed onto your seatbelt and clicked it into place.
Your movements were slower, the adrenaline from today was probably wearing down. It seemed to be catching up to your body.
He was planning on making a detour on the way to your place, in hopes of making up for the week you hadnât spent together. But even his most selfish side could tell tonight wasnât the night for that. You were exhausted.
So he put the car in drive, steering away from the hospitalâs parking lot. He glanced over at you to find you rubbing your eyes and yawning.
âWait,â you said in between yawns. âI gotta give you my address.â
âI remember,â he answered.
âRight,â you looked down at your leg and sighed. âThis was the longest night ever.â
Park nodded in agreement.
âI never want to go to a bar ever again,â you confessed.
He let out a short huff, âThe barâŚWas that one of the outings?â
âYup,â you nodded.
âWas that it?â He asked with hidden intentions, âNothing else planned for the weekend?â
âYeah, we do,â you snorted. âTomorrow's outing is bungee jumping.â
He shook his head. âNot funny.â Youâd worried him enough today.
âI donât know. It might be nice to check it off my bucket list.â
âAlong with being alive,â he bit back.
You laughed at his response and turned to him in surprise. He couldnât hide the small smile on his face.
Fuck. He really missed hearing your laugh. Your voice. All of it.
You looked down again at your injured leg. âDid you also see a guy with a broken wrist, by any chance?â
He nodded at you, eyes focused on the road.
âIs it going to be a while before heâs better?â
âA while.â Park raised an eyebrow at you, suspiciously. âWhy?â
âJust wondering,â you shrugged. âThatâs the guy who threw the drink on me.â
His hands gripped the steering wheel tighter. The moment mightâve passed already, but the concern still lingered in his body.
He scoffed, âThen, youâll be happy to know, itâll be months before that moronâs hand feels normal again.â
He glanced over at you to find you frowning at him in confusion.
âHey, I thought you werenât on call today,â you recalled.
âIâm not, but they couldnât contact the doctor on call,â Park huffed in annoyance.
âOh,â you picked on the hem of your dress, pensively. âWere you asleep already then?â
He rubbed at his nose. âDeep in sleep.â
You didnât need to know the thoughts revolving around you that had been keeping him awake.
âIâm sorry you had to stay for so long,â you said earnestly.
Park jerked his head back, offended at your insinuation. âI didnât have to.â Then turned to meet your gaze. âIâm right where I want to be.â
You smiled at him and turned away to stare out the window.
It was that same smile from the hospital room as you held onto his hand. He decided in that moment that you had never looked more beautiful.
He hadnât meant to blurt out his concern for you like he did, but your jokes pushed him over the edge. His concerns were anything but a joke to him. Without even planning to, he just told you.
You were doing it again.
Not even an hour spent with you and you were already influencing his decisions. But he didnât mind it this time. It had forced him to finally do something about it.
Now, he felt ready to do even more, if youâd let him.
âSo, whatâs my treatment plan, doc?â You asked teasingly as you looked back at him.
âWell,â he cleared his throat. âDonât get the stitches wet,â his voice turned professional as he listed off a couple more instructions. You nodded at him as your eyes were half-closed, fighting against sleep.
Tonight was definitely not the night for detours. Besides, you deserved better than greasy burgers in a parking lot. He would plan something accordingly.
After all, he did tell you all his dates end well.
ââ
As Park stopped in front of your place, you looked at him with a coy smile; placing your hand on his arm that rested on the console.
âYou canât change your mind and step on the gas this time. Iâm too tired for a drive-thru dinner.â
Park shook his head in amusement as he stared at your hand. âI told you, I donât usually do that.â He placed his free hand on the window, testing the temperature. âItâs cold outside.â
âIs it?â you unclicked your seatbelt as you shivered. You had lied to him earlier about not being cold, since you felt like he had done more than enough for you tonight.
He seemed to believe you in the moment. Clearly, not this time, as he hummed in disbelief at you. He then turned to look to the street as he started to unzip his hoodie and slip it off of his body.
You tried to not ogle him, but you couldnât look away. Your eyes traced the veins on his forearms, the bicep that flexed as he pulled off the sweater, and the strong chest that clung to his thin shirt. Even in your tired state, you could draw the outline of his pecs.
The tilt of his head made your eyes dart back to his face. A proud smirk was sporting on his face. Cocky bastard.
He leaned in closer and wrapped the hoodie around your shoulders. With his help, you put your arms through the sleeves. His eyes locked on yours as he slowly zipped it up for you. Fixing the hood of it as he watched you. Your heart was hammering in your chest through it all.
âYou know,â you swallowed nervously at his closeness. âIâm basically collecting your hoodies now.â
His lip curled and he looked away. He opened his door and walked over to your side. You used those few seconds to take deep breaths.
Your friend laughed at you when you told her who was driving you home. Handing you your belongings, as she encouraged you to make a move on him in his car. The thought quickly faded your mind the second you got into his car and checked your reflection on the side mirror. You looked terrible. How you accepted his offer, insistence actually, for a ride home in these conditions was beyond you.
He opened your door and extended a hand to you, to help you out by leaning on him. You quickly dropped his hand to grab your keys from your bag.
âIâll walk you to your door,â he gestured with his head.
âSo, I think I owe you now,â you blurted out as you walked side by side.
He frowned at you as he put his hands in his pantsâ pockets.
âWell, with you fixing my leg and driving me home again.â You shrugged as you arrived at your front door, your hand rested on the doorknob. âI think I owe you now. The tally is in your favor now.â
Park looked away from you with a thoughtful look. Sighed deeply and turned back to you.
âYeah, you do,â he stated in a serious voice. âYou gotta pay me back now.â He leaned his body against your door.
You tilted your head in question.
âLet me take you out to dinner.â
You laughed nervously. âDinner?â
âAre you doing anything Saturday night?â He lifted his chin at you.
You shook your head.
âGood. Iâll pick you up at 8:00.â
âSure,â you nodded.
âItâs a date, thenâ He scratched his neck. âGood night, Ghost.â
âNo,â you groaned, throwing your head back. âStill doesnât make sense.â
He smirked at you as you unlocked your door and stepped inside. You gave him one last wave before he turned around and made his way to his car. You admired his broad back as he walked away. With a yawn, you shut the door and locked it. Pushing it twice with your shoulder to make sure it closed. It usually didnât close unless you applied some force to it.
As you leaned on the door, you smiled to yourself at Parkâs nickname for you. You should find a better nickname than âSharkâ before your date with him.
Suddenly, the realization set in.
You were going on a date with Dr. Park.
âââââ
He texted you Saturday morning while you were making your breakfast. Reminding you heâd swing by at 8:00pm to pick you up, so you could go out to dinner. He even sent you the restaurant he was taking you to, some fancy place that required a reservation.
You werenât used to this.
First dates for you had always been a very casual setting, like coffee shops and walks in the park. If you were lucky, youâd get a text a minute before from your date telling you they just arrived. If you werenât, they would ghost you and youâd end up alone on the date. Just like Roger had left you stranded at that place a week ago.
What Park was doing, youâd never really experienced. You were equally excited and nervous for tonight.
It was just those first date jitters, you concluded.
As you put the ingredients back in the cabinet, you accidentally knocked over the salt. Quickly gathering the spilled salt, you threw it over your right shoulder without a second thought.
Oh no.
It was supposed to be over your left shoulder. You were so distracted with your first date jitters that you cursed yourself by accident.
No. You forced yourself to take a deep breath.
It doesnât mean anything. You werenât going to let your excitement for tonight be spoiled by your silly superstitions. Even if the excitement was on the precipice of being overpowered by the nervousness.
You were fine. Everything was going to be great. After breakfast, youâd start looking for a nice outfit.
-
The nerves really started to get to you as you started getting ready.
It was one thing to see Park at the hospital and the one time in the parking lot. But this was different. There were set expectations, romantic ones.
How were you supposed to interact with him now?
You tried to push away the jitters as you dressed up for the date. The floor was littered with at least eight different outfit choices, until you landed on your current choice. You put a bandage over the stitches, since the area still stung when you stretched your leg without thinking.
You heard a knock on your door at 8:00pm, just as you had finished putting on your shoes. Right on time and at your door.
What the hell, Park? Give a girl a five minute grace period.
You swiftly checked your reflection in the mirror one last time. Was it too late to change your mind on your outfit? Nevermind.
You shook your head and walked to the door. As you swung it open, your eyes landed on the bouquet of flowers that Park was holding in front of him.
âHi,â your eyes drifted to him. He lookedâŚdifferent. He wore a nice dress shirt and nice dress pants. Somehow, he seemed relaxed, as his eyes studied you and your frame. He looked so handsome, it was making you jittery again.
He extended the bouquet towards you. âThese are for you.â
âThanks,â you sighed, stretching out your open hand. As your hand wrapped around the bouquet, you almost dropped them when you felt the prick on your finger.
âOuch,â you muttered as you turned over the bouquet to find a thorn sticking out on the side.
Parkâs eyes slightly widened. âYou ok?â
âJust a small cut,â you showed him your hand. âYou can come inside. Iâll get a bandaid and put these in water real quick.â You waved him in and turned around to examine your finger with a blood drop rolling down the side.
You had heard about this superstition before. To be gifted flowers and be pricked by the thorns of them? Big no. Especially on a date.
You pushed the thought away as you placed them carefully in a vase. Tonight was going to be great, you recited to yourself. Canât jinx yourself unless you let yourself be jinxed.
As you set the vase to the side, you noticed that Park was observing the ceiling with a frown. The darkened spot on the ceiling from a recent leak was definitely an eye sore.
Where were your hosting skills?
âSo, this isâŚâ you gestured around you to distract from the ceiling. âMy place. You want water or something?â
He shook his head and pointed at your finger. âYou need a bandaid.â
âRight,â you opened the drawer and took one out, quickly wrapping it around your finger. âGood as new.â You showed him your bandaged finger.
âIâm ready,â You slung your bag over your shoulder as you made your way out.
He followed you out the door as you pulled on the door harshly to make sure it closed correctly. Stupid landlord never fixed it.
You turned to him as you walked side by side. âThanks for the flowers.â
âOf course,â he nodded at you. âWhatâs wrong with your door?â
âHmm?â You hoped he wouldnât notice.
âYour door?â He pointed with his thumb as you walked to his car. âIt doesnât close?â
âMy door requires special treatment,â you joked. When you get a cheaper place, it comes with consequences, such as doors that donât fully close and a ceiling leak every couple of months.
He hummed with flattened lips. Then walked ahead of you to open the passenger door for you, extending his hand out to you for support. You gladly took it and stepped inside, immediately noticing the smell.
It smelled clean, you noted as you pulled on your seatbelt, like he had just taken it to a car wash.
He got in and proceeded to watch you, his eyes scanned your face and your frame.
âYou look beautiful,â he said earnestly.
âOh,â you stared down at your outfit. âThanks. You look pretty good too.â
You tilted your head as you stared at his face, realizing what else was different about him today.
âI didnât know your hair was wavy.â Impulsively, you stretched your hand out and touched the top of his head that sported soft waves today. Lacking its usual swipe of gel, you noticed, as one of your fingers traced one of his strands of hair.
Your eyes widened at your own actions and you pulled your hand away. âSorry,â you mumbled.
The side of his mouth curled up as his ears turned red. âI donât mind,â he said with a shrug. âCouldâve kept your hand there.â
You looked away in embarrassment as he switched the gear stick and drove away from your place.
Silence enveloped the car as you racked your brain for appropriate topics. You usually talked to Park about anything and everything, but nothing felt right at the moment. If you started talking in your usual way, you feared you wouldnât stop. You didnât want to ruin the date with your rambling about nonsense.
If Park was bothered by your silence, he didnât show it. He glanced at you, met your gaze with a small smile, then looked back at the road.
You were feeling warm again, like that time in the parking lot, when you were so sure he was going to kiss you. Your nerves got the best of you and you redirected to something else to calm yourself down.
Your eyes drifted to the time, you had been silently driving for barely two minutes. Somehow, you were already losing your mind in his presence. His very handsome presence.
âCan I turn on the radio?â You figured something should cover the silence.
He nodded at you.
You pressed the button and recognized the song immediately.
Kiss Me by Sixpence None The Richer. That was a lot of pressure for this moment. You skipped to the next.
Friday, Iâm In Love. Skip.
Another love song. Skip.
Was the universe trying to send you signs and you were purposefully avoiding them? Then again, the universe had tried to jinx you with two different superstitions today. So, what the hell was it trying to say, really?
As your hand hovered again over the buttons, you saw Parkâs hand stretch out, reaching for the radio button too. He was probably tired of you switching stations.
You tried retracting your hand, when Park gently grasped on to your hand. Intertwining his hand on top of yours and resting your joint hands on top of the center console.
You looked at him out of the corner of your eye, he was staring straight ahead with the same small smile on his face.
He seemed unaffected by it all, unlike you.
Was that you were supposed to do? Act like you always did but while holding hands?
âHow was your week?â You asked, like you usually would on a work day.
âMy week?â He frowned.
âYeah, I havenât been here all week. Something mustâve happened, besides the near amputation of my leg,â you joked.
âNo,â he shook his head. âWhat about you?â
His fingertips traced your knuckles as his hand laid on top of yours. You felt him turn your palm up and his fingers inch towards yours as he interlaced your fingers together.
âReally? I didnât miss anything interesting?â You asked, ignoring his question and the nerves that had taken over your body. Your hand felt sweaty, like you were in middle school again and holding a crushâs hand.
His thumb was now drawing circles on top of yours. Mindlessly. Like it was something he had always done.
âNo,â he sighed and turned to you as he stopped at the red light. That intense gaze of his made you even more nervous.
With a sudden wave of boldness, you unlocked your fingers from his. His face immediately dropped, a crease formed in between his brows. You pulled his hand towards you and placed it on your knee. There. Now you didnât have to worry about your hand being sweaty anymore.
You didnât think it through.
This was much worse, his thumb returned to the same movements from before. Only now, his thumb was caressing your knee, slowly tracing back and forth.
âI wanna hear from you.â He said as he turned back to the road.
âFrom me?â You heard your voice come out higher than usual, thanks to his actions.
âYes, you.â He narrowed his eyes at you in confusion.
âRight,â you took a deep breath. He wanted to hear from you. Willingly. The nerves couldnât be contained anymore and were about to come out in word vomit.
âMy week was terrible,â you started rambling. âI didnât know being a bridesmaid was gonna be the worst thing ever. Iâd rather get my leg sliced again than have to get scolded for not holding a flower bouquet correctly. Apparently, I clutch it too tight and it means Iâm trying to take attention away from the other bridesmaids.â You squeezed your eyes shut at the memory, stopping yourself, before you rambled on again.
His amused huff made you open your eyes and turn to him. His eyes met yours as he gestured with his chin. âI want to hear. Tell the story.â
You exhaled in relief then told him all about it as his hand stayed on your knee.
Throughout the car ride, you felt your nerves subsiding. You were smiling and bantering again up until he pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant.
Park extended a hand for you to exit the car when he opened your door. Holding onto it as you walked into the restaurant together. He squeezed your hand twice, making you feel like nothing could go wrong. You were freaking out for no reason, everything would be fine.
But you shouldâve known better than to put that thought out into the universe. You reprimanded yourself for tempting fate like that an hour into the date.
You jinxed it.

"Such a good girl, you like getting fucked in public?," he mocked you, his cock deep inside of you and making your stomach bulge. He was pressing you face first into the wall of the on call room, one leg held up by his hand, making him fuck you so so much deeper. To say that Jack was fucking you stupid in the storage closet was an understatement, the man was fucking your soul at the same time.
His hips were slapping against your ass, his belly pressed against your back in a perfect angle. "Jaa- oh fuck," you shrieked as he kept fucking into your spongy and sensitive g spot, your eyes rolling back hard, your lips parted in a silent scream. "Shh, come on, baby, you donât wanna get us caught, yeah? Or do you want the whole ER to know what a desperate slut you are for me? Wanna let everybody know how much she loves my cock?," he taunts, his hand cupping your pussy while he fucks into you hard, the wet slaps of his hips against yours echoing in the small room. The more he talked, the more he could feel your desperate and achy cunt squeeze him, choking his heavy cock.
"Oh-ho, she definitely loves this, donât you?,â he coos and bites down hard on your shoulder as you start nearing your orgasm. You could feel your pussy strangling him and the desperate urge to pee as he kept hitting that oh so sensitive spot inside of you, opening you up for his own pleasure.
"Jack please, youâre gonna- please," you sob and cry into the wall, before your orgasm consumes you, squirting out of you and wetting his thighs and stomach. "Fuck, such a good fucking girl, squirting on my cock like a slut," he groans, his own orgasm taking over and filling your begging cunt up.
He kept fucking you and himself into overstimulation, before finally pulling out and quickly pulling your panties and scrubs back up. "Keep it all inside of you, want you full of my cum," he whispers in your ear, wrapping his arms around your waist to hold you. You try to catch your breath and lean into him, happy and satisfied. You were his little brat after all.

Brendon who gets jealous of your cat.
Brendon is watching you from the kitchen as you hold your cat in your lap, petting and cuddling him.
"The prettiest cat ever," The cat purrs in your lap as you place kisses on the cats face.
"Mommy's handsome boy," He should not be jealous of the praise a feline is getting.
But something deep in his chest aches with jealousy.
You don't notice Brendon walk into the living, too busy playing with the cat.
Brendon groans as he drops to his knees, right in front of you.
"Please," his voice comes out raspy, your hand drops from the cats head to hold Brendon's face.
"Baby, what's wrong?"
"Need you, your attention," Brendon's head falls onto your stomach as the cat moves off of you, going to the kitchen to find his food.
You let out a laugh, running your hands through his hair.
"You're really jealous of a cat," The big hunk of a man you call your boyfriend is jealous of your household pet.
Brendon looks up at you with glossy eyes, lips parted,
"Wanna be mommy's handsome boy," he leans into your hand that is now cupping his cheek.
You let out an awestruck laugh, looking down at him.
"Yeah, you gonna let me put a collar on you," you were joking, but the way he nodded his head so fast sent a wave of excitement down your spine.
He looks up at you through his eyelashes, licking his lips as he mumbles,
"Let me be your pet."

NSFW âĄ.¡ ft. jack abbot + fem. reader. he loves his babygirl. no doubt about it, but heâs always been strict about you not teasing him while heâs at work, youâve always liked pushing his buttons though, and when you disobey, someone has to put you in your place. abbot mocks you through it, implied age gap, mean! jack abbot, brat taming, pussy spanking, daddy kink, dumbification, slight dacryphilia. 3.8k.

abbot isnât known for his patience. he wasnât level-headed or calm; sure, he doesnât crack easily under pressureâany feelings of unease or stress he keeps close to his chest. jack could offer advice; he could talk a resident through a complicated procedure because surgery was taking too long to respond to their page; he could talk about hard and complicated issues using his personal experience, but he wasnât patient.
youâve recently developed the frustrating habit of pushing jackâs buttons: you teased, you pushed, you wanted, and while he was more than willing to give, that sentiment only stood when you listened.
you knew better than to send him that. jack knows you do, but knowing doesnât take away the want to do it.
jack had felt the vibration of his phone inside his pocket as he spoke to ellis, though he didnât open it then. working night shift in the emergency room meant dealing with the shit you donât see during the day. it was hard finding time to answer a message from his girlfriend mid-shift, but jack knew you well.
you got pouty if your message sat unanswered in his phone for too long. the last thing he wanted was to come home to see your doe eyes glittering with hurt.
once he finally had a moment to spare, he stepped away from the traffic of the floor, intending to check his phone quickly, expecting a sweet message from you. once his screen lit up, your notification sat on top of a mountain of unnecessary email notifications from newsletters, appointment reminders, and useless travel deals he wasnât going to take. you had sent him a picture captioned with: âi miss you so much, daddy. i couldnât help myself :(â

Daryl had already been in a sour mood. The one thing he had wanted when he got back from the bullshit that was his run with Rick was you. You were the cure to all his issues. One look from you and heâd be A-Ok.Â
But imagine his utter surprise when heâs walking up to you and he sees this man, this unknown, completely unneeded man standing over you with a smile that could only be described as disturbing.Â
