Ok but for literally the entirety of ep 4 Charles keeps getting thrown out of his chair and onto random floors and into walls and stuff - so just imagine the physical pain he must also be in just from the impact of smashing against floors and then having to pull himself around multiple times in the ep before everything at the end with Magnus goes down. My guy pulls himself across a piece of desert to reach him, he's tired and hot and in pain and terrified, and what does apocalypse do but give him the worst emotional pain in the world to go along with it?

I was thinking about this too!!

Apocalypse literally even choked him at the beginning of the end and then he just gets thrown around so many times. The gash on his head had to be so painful on his own not to mention the way his head had to hurt after Apocalypse countered his telepathy, which literally threw him onto the floor again. Also the amount of strenght that he had to use to keep holding onto Magnus' cape? Insane. He had to genuinely be so exhausted. Like ultimately. In pain, tired, exhausted. And then Magnus... I wouldn't be surprised if he passed out after Bishop brought him back to the present.

– telepathic backlash

– interrupted sleep / slight backlash from Kang

– choked by En Sabah Nur

– dropped to the floor (causing a gash and numerous scratches on his head)

– holding onto Magnus despite everything and falling to the ground

– telepathic backlash, almost unconscious, falling to the ground

– dragging himself through the sand

– complete emotional destruction :(

– and finally, laying in the sand through day and night, crying the whole time

What if alongside the helmet Charles managed to retain a scrap of Magneto's cape and he keeps it with him everywhere now

That would just be so perfect!!! Im so ready for him to be mourning... I hope he'll have the helmet with him or somewhere really close! We will get to see the helmet in the next episode... right?

I still cannot believe we got basically canon cherik and then ultimately traumatised Charles.

This episode's consequences will be huge. Charles is most likely feeling useless and weak, because he couldn't really do much during the battle and Erik got hurt and then killed protecting him.

In the first place, they were in the situation because Erik was trying to change the past in a way that would achieve Charles' dream of coexistence and harmony. Charles will never forgive himself that Erik died due to trying to make his dream reality.

And then, on top of it all, he tried to convince Apocalypse to kill him, just for Apocalypse to tell him he's an "ant" ("weak and small") and let him live with the trauma.

I am so ready for Charles to honor Erik with actions. The tears already happened. Now it's time for the action.

Dark times are coming.

And so is Onslaught.

It's actually kinda insane but with the way Apocalypse managed to break Charles in the recent episode, he could be very well molded into the perfect horseman.

They will not do it, most likely, even though horseman of Apocalypse Charles would be amazing.

But it's a really nice thought.

What the actual frickity frack do you mean Magneto got obliterated in front of Charles

I would like to confess that i drew a pretty neat picture of Magneto with acrylic pens and i posted it to the song Trap Queen by fetty wap....and then the NEXT day he dies.... I feel like its my fault and im sorry guys
