Today's internship situation. South western chicken salad with chipotle dressing. Seems Chef really likes how I prepare the salads. Everything except the chipotle dressing was chopped, cooked , shredded and baked by Me! #chefgrind #culinarydream

Stopped at 4th and Mill restaurant Ontario. The corner of 4th and Milikan. Now this isn't my usual cuiseen that I normally get but the wife wanted a burger. Well I was like In&Out here we come but Noooooo! She wanted to go somewhere that had TV's so we could watch the college basketball playoffs. I called my Compadre to invite him. So he and his wife came also. Took me a while to decide what I wanted. I ordered the Bacon cheese burger medium rare of course!! I was surprised. Tasted really good. But it was so big I could not finish it all. Well to be honest I was already full from drinking two glasses of Guinness dark Ale! Now that was soooooo good. A thick brew with a earthy taste followed up with a hint of something sweet! Loved it. Added that to my list of favorite beers. Jeremiah Red from BJ's still being #1 followed by Red Ale from the Dog Haus!

Today's first catering internship event. Breakfast. Cypress Elementary in Fontana, Ca.
