“This?” He motions to the large scar on his face.

“I got it in a fight a long time ago.” He says, not wishing to lie to little Jojo, trying to avoid the sordid details. A kid doesn’t need to hear about that sort of things.

     Oh! but he was very well interested in that sort of detail! He’s gone through scrapes and bruises. He REALLY wants to know how something so permanent came to be.

The blinks were slow. Judgmentally considering the hyperactive bundle of nerves’ words with mild disinterest. Mild had it not been for the fact that beast may have possibly been of his own doing. An experiment with fascinating results – that “ slipped ” away. ( Not really– he did it on purpose. )

“ Hmph. I thought it was dead by now. I suppose I was wrong. Good luck with that mission of yours – I’ll be surprised if you find that twisted twig before your find your sense of direction. ”

     “Hey man!” As suspected, the other had dropped a witty comment regarding Joseph’s intelligence. He may be dumb (sometimes)! But he at least has his own resources to keep himself in check! With that being said, he fumbles in his pockets, eventually pulling out a small little device. “I know my lefts and my rights! And I also have a handy dandy compass with me that can tell me which way is north, south, west, and east!”

      Despite the MINIMAL interaction they had, Joseph was already  b o r e d  with seeing Hikari at the sidelines during his sparring. There really wasn't really a use of being a stranger around here. Especially since they're the only ones on Air Supplena Island, aside from the coaches and his companion. Joseph wanted some CHANGE between them. So he figured that NOW WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO POKE SOME FUN AT HER!

      "Awww . . . are you REALLY? gonna stand me up like a little airy-fairy? Eh, tinkerbell? I know you got some more FIGHT in you! You're gonna have to push me a liiiiiiiittle harder if you want this big, strong, and HANDSOME man to move out of your way, Hikari!" With that being said, he took a step forward, only to have her back away from the desired exit!
