“i wish, we get a shit ton of people coming in for endgame that we still sell out. pretty sure i’ve seen a few people come in more than once.” she sighed softly knowing how crowded her work as been with endgame being so popular once it premiered. while chase was working during the premiere, she had seen tori come in happy & excited, but sad & crying as soon as the movie ended. she smiled at the memory as she watched tori make her drink. taking the cup, she smiles thanking her best friend before sipping the drink. “you sure you don’t want some help in that ?”

once the door was opened, she smiled soon greeting her niece & nephew. “hiiii.” she replied excitedly before stepping into his house & kneeled down to greet them before picking up milo into her arms to hold him. “it has been, sorry i didn’t come around sooner, been really busy with work.” she replied as she kissed her brother on the cheek to greet him, “oh also i know you hate your birthday, but i love you so i’m here today to spend some time with you & to bake you a cake. & i won’t take no for an answer.” she turned to milo & smiled, “do you want to help aunty make a cake for your daddy ?”

even if tori didn’t think this, chase definitely thought that she looked cute in her starbucks uniform. there were times where she would catch herself staring, but tore her gaze whenever tori would start talking to her. she watched & smiled as tori put her order in, along with giving her that member discount. “you know how it is, make popcorn, clean theaters, deal with the huge mess during premiers of new movies, but this time i have less butter on my shirt.” she adds & smiles, “but i mean can’t complain i guess.” chase smiled before shaking her head, “do i need to throw hands ? do i need to take his walker away ?” she’s obviously joking, she would never be rude to an elderly person.

after her shift at work, since she ended early, she decided to stop by starbucks & pick herself up something to drink. that & it gave her the excuse to see her best friend hard at work. if it were reversed, she knows that tori would go see her when she finished with her shift. putting her things away, her hat, & name tag, ( probably reeking of popcorn & all the snacks ) as she walks into starbucks. instantly spotting her best friend, she approaches the main register & smiles at her, “you already know my order, tori-unnie.” she commented. “i just finished my shift at work so i’m yours until you’re off the clock.”

it had been awhile since chase really seen her brother. he moved out & had his own place, so she wanted to see him. she really missed him & wanted to see him. after changing into something comfortable, she decides to bring some food over so she can hang out with him or at least spend some time with him for a few hours & see her niece & nephew. once she walked up to the door, she knocked on the door & waited for someone to answer. hearing his voice, she shook her head with a chuckle, “chase, your sister, i just wanted to come by & see you guys.”

“so disappointed. i lost track of time & didn’t realize coachella was this weekend & i didn’t get tickets this time around. lowkey upset because it’s been on my bucket list to go to coachella. well there goes my dream in going this year, guess i need to pay attention to the days & times so i know when tickets go on sale. yes i know how expensive they are, but still it looks so fun & i’m tired of watching on youtube, i want to experience it in person. but it’s fine, i’m fine, we’re fine. maybe next year.”

“hmm you know i’ve never tried vodka & coke, hit me with that one.” chase smiles & nods her head at her words. 

“hmm, let’s see what you got here.” chase looks & admires the selection of alcohol. “i’ll take some vodka. not really a dark liquor kind of gal.” she replied before relaxing onto the bed more.

“oh ! i knew that, i just you know, lost interest.” she laughs softly, “but hey congratulations on that. i mean i can believe it cause well you’re ... you.” she jokes & chuckles softly, “kidding, kidding, that’s awesome. do you have a set date yet ?”

walking into the house, she places the pizza box onto the table & goes to take out some plates from the cabinet before walking back to the table. when mira places everything else out on the table, chase could already hear the sound of her stomach growling, “wow all this food, & i’m already starving.” she laughs softly handing mira a plate. she follows her sister, but grabs a water bottle instead before opening the pizza box, “not yet, you know them, probably working late again.” she adds with a shrug of her shoulder, “oh shelby texted me, she’s on her way with some dessert for after dinner.” she adds with a smile before taking a sip of her water.

it had been awhile since mira & chase really hung out. to be honest, she missed hanging out with her older sister. they always used to be so close, & they both got busy doing their own things. chase was always focused on filming her youtube videos, & mira was doing her residency at the hospital, making it harder for them to really have some sister time. while she was on her laptop, editing her upcoming youtube video, she hears the sound of the doorbell, “coming !” she calls out & similes getting up from where she’s sitting so she can hurry to the door to help her sister, “oh gosh, i’m sorry here.” she replied once the door was open & took the pizza box to help her & brought it into the kitchen.
