Due to your silver spoon upbringing, you have the tendency to be a tad bit spoiled. Now this isn't necessairly a bad thing as you always get what your heart desires. Whether it's that new Channel bag you've been eyeing or just a quick trip to Paris, you always get it. And the best part about it? People adore you for it, you have your parents wrapped around your finger just like that. They give you every single thing you want, and then some.

From a Juicy Couture tracksuit (for whenever you're feeling bummy) to that custom made Versace dress, you are the moment. As soon as you walk into a room you turn heads, people practically break their necks trying to get a glimpse of who you're wearing. You have a sixth sense when it comes to fashion. You know exactly how to style something, it just comes to you. Everything you wear gains traction, people try to copy your style but they just can't because they are not you. Designers wish they could capture your natural sense of style. You were made for the runway. You have brands constantly calling you begging you to wear their work, because you are their stamp of approval.

You have a commanding yet subtle aura, anywhere you go that places automatically conform to your needs, to your wants. That restaurant you've been eyeing? As soon as you enter their doors they greet you automatically offering their best table, waiting on your hand and foot like the princess you are. When you go into your favorite store the attendants are rushing to your side, offering whatever they have just to please you. No matter where you go people are devoted to you. People give up their seats for you, they clear a path when they see you, if you're thirsty everyone in the vincinity offers you their water. You are the people's princess, it is like it is everyone's life duty to serve you, to live you, to breathe you. This is YOUR world, and you just allow them to live in it.

I’ve known about shifting since 2020 and have only attempted to shift about 30-ish times, enjoying the scripting more than the attempts tbh. But I really want to start to try again. I just feel like I have no idea how to begin. All of the knowledge I have about shifting is old shiftok misinfo. So where should I start? And what do you suggest as far as routines / methods go?? Honestly, if I could talk to my younger self, I'd tell him to throw all the stuff he knows out of the window.

For years I was so hyperfixated on there being some kind of ''key'' or ''answer'' to shifting. I wanted to figure out how it works, which methods worked the best, how to get symptoms or results quickly.

At some point shifting stopped being about shifting, and instead became this chore that was mainly made up out of ''I have to do this,'' or ''I can't do that.''

The moment everything changed for me, was when I realised that it doesn't matter. Infinity means infinity. Everything is possible. There are no rules, no musts, no buts. You can shift however, whenever, and in no way do you have to stick to any methods or routines that other people made up.

It can absolutely be very useful, and you obviously are always allowed to do exactly whatever feels right to you, even if that includes strict routines. But you don't HAVE to, and I think that made the difference for me.

Shift in whatever way is most comfortable for you. A shifting attempt doesn't have to be 4 hours, or take a lot of energy. Your ''shifting attempt,'' might very well be to sit down with a cup of tea and think about where you want to go to!

I love the void! It's a fun place to go to, and really relaxing to spend time there. However, personally, I do believe that the void is just like any other place we can shift to.

Many people speak of the void being our ''default'' state, and for a while I saw it the same way. However, after being in the void myself, I realised that just like any other reality, it's customisable. You get to decide what you want your experience in the void to be like, what if feels like to be there, how you want it to work.

It made me realise that, although it's very true that you can shift and manifest instantly from there, it's just another state, another reality, another place just like any other! Which means that you will also always have control of what you want it to be. You can script for the void if you want!

𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝘆𝗲𝘀.🪷ᝰ.ᯓᡣ𐭩要有光

i am not a buddhist nor a Hindu myself. I am a practicing Orthodox Christian. But when it comes to searching for shifting /loa /manifesting /spiritualism? i'll take whatever i can find. Now look, these ancient teachings don't have a magic wand that says "lets just jump in there" ,but they do have a pretty powerful "shortcuts" that will instantly plunge the mind into that void. Specifically, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, the esoteric branch of Hinduism, offers 112 different methods for instantly stopping the mind and pushing it into that void.

First of all, ''the space between two breathes'' (Kumbhaka) In buddhism and hinduism, the greatest secret is that microscopic moment when one breath ends but another doesn't begin. That moment is when you disconnect from this world. And yeah it has an easy way.. breathe in, breathe out. Stop at the exact second u exhale. Focus on the silence that occurs when your lungs are empty. That void is actually your shifting gateway. The longer you prolong those seconds, the more your physical body begins to fade away. And oh, also, be careful and start SLOW. Cause If u do it incorrectly or forcefully, you may experience dizziness, stress, or even fainting...

Second thing ive found is.. "Neither this nor that" (Advaita Vedanta) That is the fastest way to eliminate the mind (the logical left lobe of ur brain). In shifting, every time you say, "i am this, i am here," you are anchored to that reality. Lie down in bed and say to everything that crosses your mind that; Is your body tingling? "nope that's not me." or did you hear a sound? "that's not me." did a thought come to ur mind? "that's not me." Basically reject everything until nothing remains. That remaining pure "awareness" is the void itself... What remains? According to Vedanta, the unchanging, observing pure awareness. That is, the inner, "observing thing." They call it Atman, and surprisingly, it is said to be the same as Brahman. So, individual self = universal reality. Non duality? it's easy to understand, but quite difficult to live with. cause the mind is constantly addicted to labeling itself, saying "this is who i am, this is what i am." it's like stripping the mind bare, leaving it completely exposed. You shed layers upon layers. And the human ego doesn't exactly love that, mind you...

Now ''Dharana'', think of the discipline of The Hierophant card. Instead of dividin the mind into a thousand pieces, confining it to a single point allows reality to break...Close your eyes and focus only on that point between your eyebrows,aka the 3rd eye, or just a single white spot in your mind. Think of nothing else. After a while, the mind will give a "system error" and throw you back into that single point, into the void. Dharana, in yoga, means concentration. But not at the level of "alrigh i put my phone down and focused for 5 minutes." It means literally fixing your mind on a single object. Thr rule is lowkey simple.. If the mind wanders, u bring it back. If it wanders again, you bring it back again. ''Dharana'' focus, ''Dhyana'' uninterrupted flow, meditation; ''Samadhi'' complete union, dissolution of the sense of "self"....

The easiest way to do this is actually to "stop searching." Theres a saying in buddhism that "as long as you keep searching, you won't find, because the seeker is what she seeks." You think shifting is about going somewhere "out there," but these teachings say, "Youre already everywhere, you just choose to focus on this body." Stop "trying to go." Try relinquishing this reality as if you were already there. By releasing the energy of the 4 Pentacles aka the holding on energy, and 9 Wands, in your cards, and simply "being" like The Sun, that door will open by itself.

STOP. GOING. BACK.

This is my first post on my new account, though I am NOT new to the law and NOT new to loablr either. This post is specifically about how I manifested my dream body instantly with no technique besides knowing :)

PART ONE - the old story

In the old story, I was so fixated on my body and my weight all of the time, I was tracking my calories and weighing myself and my food obsessively and constantly gaining and losing weight. Back then, my beliefs were that 1) Excess food causes weight gain, 2) If I don't track my food and weigh myself, I will become too fat/skinny, and 3) There is something wrong with my body, and I need to diet/exercise to fix it.

Noticing these beliefs were key to changing the way I viewed food and my body, and therefore changing how I knew food to effect me and how I knew my body to be.

When I was overweight, I knew my body was too big, I knew I was eating too much, I knew excess calories made me gain weight. When I was underweight, I knew I had no appetite, I knew I was too bony, I knew that exercise makes you gain muscle which is why I had none, etc. I had to identify the limiting beliefs that made me know my body was a certain way.

PART TWO - writing the new story

Once I identified the beliefs that were holding me back and kept me from my goals ("I know I eat too much, even if I affirm I'm skinny, I'm still going to gain weight."), I could then change them. I wrote down a list of these beliefs, like I did above, and came up with reversals. For example;

"I overeat, so I will gain weight" -> "Calories aren't even real, so I can eat whatever I want and stay the same weight."

"I eat junk food, so I'll never be skinny" -> "I love how fast my metabolism is, I can eat junk all day and still stay so skinny." or "Junk food is just like other foods. Raspberries can't make me fat so neither can hamburgers."

"I don't exercise enough to be toned" -> "It's crazy how I'm naturally so toned and fit without trying."

The key for me was changing key beliefs that kept me dieting and exercising to lose weight, to sever the tie between calories consumed and weight, and hours exercising and muscles. These are limiting beliefs. We literally create our reality. Not ice cream, not soda and chips, none of that can overcome YOU as a divine creator. It sounds silly when you spell it out like that, doesn't it?

PART THREE - how i did it

Okay, now we understand that the secret is to change the rules of our own reality to allow us to know a higher truth (my higher truth? I am a skinny legend). So how do we put this into practice?

All you have to do is know. You set these rules, so you know they are true, reality is bound to them. You must know you are successful, know that reality is in the 4d, and feel truly satisfied in that realm. You can do this using whatever method you need to, but personally, I just knew deep within me that I was my ideal weight, and that nothing could change that, that is simply the reality, that is simply the way things are. I thought about old pictures I took of myself, and remembered how skinny I looked in them, I thought about the last time I saw my friends and how much littler they said I'd gotten, I thought about the last time I stood on the scale and how it read the exact weight I knew myself to be. And I just knew, deep within me, that was simply how things were.

And the last step, for me, was to feel truly joyful at this realization. To feel satisfied it came into fruition. Without seeking confirmation, because I already KNEW.

And what do you know? Pictures of myself in my phone from weeks ago, they were my ideal body. The girl I saw in the mirror when I stood up from my meditation? She had my ideal body. My clothes? XS and S, all of them. I had revised my ideal body all the way back to the day I bought them. And confirmed this by checking pictures I took in the dressing room.

I'm telling you right now it is possible if you know in your heart you've always had your desire. It's always been fulfilled within you. You make the rules because you are a divine creator. Nothing outside of you can change what you know to be true.

''Can I-'' yes! Yes, yes, yes, yes! Anything you want, the answer is yes!

And you know what stops you from being aware of that reality? Nothing!

My dearest little sprouts. There's all this talk about methods, about necessities, about mindsets. And if it aligns for you, that is amazing! But if it doesn't, there's absolutely nothing stopping you from changing your perspective.

Anything, absolutely anything that anyone says is necessary to be able to shift, is completely different in a version of this reality that looks and feels the exact same way. So in the end, whatever you decide is necessary for you to shift, is only up to one person, and I think by now you know who that is? Exactly. It will always be you.

There are realities where you shifted after you fell off the toilet. Never forget that you make all the rules💚

I often get people in my dms or comments asking something along these lines. ''Is shifting really real, and not a dream?'' or ''How can you prove that shifting is real?'' and ''Does it not feel staged when you're in your dr?''

I'm incredibly sorry that I'm not able to get back to every single one of these comments/dms, but that's why I'm making a post on it right now.

Yes, shifting is real. But you decide your definition of what is ''real'' in your mind.

Let me explain this.

Right now you live in this reality, you are aware, you exist, you feel things. In your eyes, whatever you experience here is ''real'' because this is your base idea on what it means for something to be real.

But MANY things alongside this reality concept exist. Realities that feel like dreams, realities where you are a pixel in a 2d world, realities that defy all logic and everything that exists here.

Does that make them any less real?

Many people ask if shifting will absolutely feel like this reality and is completely real. And the short answer is yes, shifting is completely real, and if you WANT it feels exactly like this place. But it's not LIMITED to feeling only like this place.

This is why some people might have experiences that felt more like dreams, or ones that they have a hard time explaining.

Or the other way around, why sometimes other realities can feel SO much more real.

Reality is so incredibly fluid and can be absolutely anything you want it to be. So although many of you probably stick to realities that feel exactly like this place, and that will BE exactly like this place in the way they play out. Does not mean that anything that doesn't feel exactly like this reality cannot be considered ''real.''

In the end, you as an individual are the only one who can decide what you label as a shift and what you don't label as a shift. Your beliefs create your reality and your experiences, so you are in full control.

Shifting is real, but it stretches past so much more than simply just this reality and the way things work here. Keep in mind that anything that might not fit the laws or logic from here does not immediately have to be unrealistic or a fake experience💚
