This is completely inappropriate of these people. I think people tend to be very black and white about BDSM. It is not inherently harmful but it is not inherently more safe either. These are still people and people of any demographic can be dangerous abusers. Policing the way in which someone expresses discomfort around a sexual action or just physical touch generally is predatory behavior. A safe word is not any more serious than a no, it is a withdrawal of consent. Crying and playing victim at a withdrawal of consent is predatory behavior. It is coercive even in certain circumstances.
I do think there is an issue with referring to the Kink community as the "rapist roleplay community" nothing about the screenshots shown implies that this is about a CNC kink. Perpetuating stigma and misinformation about how BDSM should be handled is something that only harms victims. Kinks should and can be done in a safe and consensual manner. It should be encouraged and people should be educated on how to do it in that way. Spreading this stigma or misinformation only obfuscates the issue more and leads to less victims being able to discuss abuse. If all anyone sees for all instances of kink is abuse then that tells the individuals within this community that they cannot seek help. Because they will be judged even if they are in a healthy consenting relationship. It makes the distinction between that and a genuinely abusive kink dynamic (like what is shown in these screenshots) harder to discern both for medical professionals and the victims themselves. The Kink community is not synonymous with abuse and to treat it as such is a way to make the lives of victims more difficult. Kink is often a natural part of sexual exploitation and there are plenty of different kinks that are not consensual non consent. I plan to go to an event in person for waxplay lol.
