So after spending the last few days thinking about it and considering my options, Iāve decided to make the move to Twitter. There isnāt really anything for me here, and anyone particularly attached to me can follow me there if they want (or already have other ways to contact me).Ā
So this will probably be my last post here indefinitely, excluding reblogging this a few times to make sure everyone knows.

I havenāt posted in like 4 days and Iāve barely noticed.
I feel like Iām outgrowing Tumblr.
Like Iām rarely one of those people thatās likeĀ āooh~ Iām gonna be more healthy and make changes in my life to be more positive blah blah blahā or whatever, but I feel like thereās this major overarching negativity that bears down on you just by being on this site. People make new blogs just to fight other people.Ā Like itās so self-contained (much like Facebook) and it feels really restrictive like youāre meant to be stuck here.
And Iām still trying (fruitlessly, but still trying) to do something with my photography, and that containment that happens here makes it hard for me to actually show it to anyone.Ā
So Iām seriously considering moving to Twitter. I know itās not a flawless website either, but itās way more accessible to people just looking for Stuff To Look At and generally from a technical standpoint, it functions a lot better than this crap. That way I can just have an account for main stuff and another for my photography, and they can both have the same features without being hindered by sideblog bullshit.

I was playing with Spotify on my PS4, but the music doesnāt play in the recording. So I wasnāt able to hear the stampede of Mosswine coming at me like you clearly can in the video.

I read them, I just havent really been here much myself, been sad over losing my dog. And also trying to stay away from all the bad news stuff I see here all the time.
I understand, and I appreciate that at least someone notices them. Iāve just noticed a trend in all my years here that no matter how many followers I seem to have, only like 3 ever interact with more than one of my posts. I used to be fine(ish) with it in the past because of the dumb belief that the more followers you have the better, even if they donāt even notice you, but thereās like. Nothing for me here.Ā
I hardly have anything to post, and it seems like every part of the site is just eating itself. Like more and more people are just fighting and every text post is an insulting essay on why you should clearly know this thing but donāt. Like I know itās common on most social media sites that people just log on to fight, but itās getting annoying. And the only way to get people to pay attention to you is to fight, and I donāt want to do that.

It also really fucks up the way medications work. For example, I have to take like a half ānormalā dose of my daily migraine meds or they try to kill me because I just donāt weigh enough, but then they only work for about 14 hours rather than the ~24 they should (even at a lower dose it should last just as long, just not be as powerful, you know?), so the last few hours of my day are always Slightly Migrainey :c
When I had to take a sedative at the dentist once, I had to take a double dose because only one had like no effect on me. I wonder if thatās why. š¤

At the end of the month Iāll be going on the first vacation Iāve had in Many Years (mostly due to dog-having making it difficult to travel). Weāll be going to Jasper for a few days, hopefully to get a bunch of pictures of the scenery and local wildlife. Iāve never actually been there so I donāt know how well it will go, but Iād like to come back with something good to show people.

It definitely is. Our mortality rate is apparently higher for reasons I canāt currently remember, and itās also one of the ways to have Dangerous blood sugar issues without being diabetic. And waking up starving, being unable to gain weight even on purpose, and lifting a single weight means I have to eat a whole meal. But hey, at least Iām ~Skinny~ right.
People never want to talk about how having a fast metabolism is super unhealthy just because they value being skinny so much that they donāt care.
