I think we far too often place the value of our worth upon the score board of society.. my standard is not yours, as yours is not mine. Deeper still we challenge our worst days in comparison to our best, this is your toxic trait; today's best may not look the same as yesterday's and tomorrow's will be decided when that gets here. Be kind to yourself, we are all learning what it means to be human and that definition will never be "standard."
