“Dauntless Shield″ is the main “alternate” verse on this blog.

Following the events of Pokemon Shield, Ran took on the Gym Challenge in Galar. She tore through the Gyms undefeated, gaining mastery of Dynamax as she did. The same held true for the League tournament, and after an intense battle and eventual tearful victory over her twin sister Rin, she was ready to battle the Champion.

Then, Chairman Rose and his wacky plans (read: bullshit) happened. Ran rushed to help, eventually defeating the Chairman and makingher way to help Leon. He failed to catch the powerful Eternatus, so she stepped in, and after a long battle where she was assisted by the legendary Zacien and Zamazenta, she managed to safely secure Eternatus in a Heal Ball. Later on, after her victory over Leon, she earned the trust and respect of Zamazenta and caught the shield doggo as well.
