She's got a new addiction for every day and night

I do like when people make movies based on books just because it gets more people into books! As a librarian that is very important to me. One reason I do think that the books are usually better than the movies is that these scenes are described! A lot of people miss how amazing and important it is that rocky made the effort to turn to 'look' at him. He wanted to make sure Grace KNEW he saw him and was waiting for him. That's so important to how their relationship grows and changes throughout the book and movie!

"i know that i'll forever have in mind jere singing niin hyvää puuta in the end. it's like, a core memory because we've been to a couple of travels together and wherever we go we go to karaoke. and i have a lot of videos of him singing niin hyvää puuta in karaoke bars and then him singing in his own arena, it's quite special"

"i think the only other place i would mention that i remember very fondly is jere's parents' house. they invited us over for dinner one time when we were here. it was a lovely dinner they are lovely people, and the thing that was most interesting is that like five minutes after we got into their house and we met everybody, we're already naked in their sauna. it was a weird experience but very nice"
