I’m sorry you’re feeling yucky sweet pea!! I have a few reccomendations!

- zicam gummies always work wonders for me, sometimes when i take them it knocks out the cold before it even starts

-Netti pot. This one can get kind of yucky but it helps loosen up congestion, just make sure to breathe through your mouth while you use it!! :(

- Sleep is key! I like to listen to healing sounds on youtube and take lots of naps when i’ve got a cold, your body needs lots of rest to fight!
