Where business = standing up for myself, taking care of me, protecting me etc.

Like on one hand an ex isn’t respecting boundaries, which just shows me that my wishes/autonomy were not being taken seriously/respected. Having to deal with such behavior is emotionally draining. Cause why can’t you just leave me alone.

Simultaneously someone who SA’d me is comfortable contacting me definitely not tell me he reported himself🙄 which is the only condition under which I will even consider some form of mediation. Like my boundaries are simply not being respected. Which makes me feel very icky.

And yet simultaneously I feel it’s selfish to be talking about myself with everything going on in Gaza, Sudan, and Congo. We are seeing capitalistic interests superseded the good/just/fucking basic human rights of the many! For Money: a tool humans created to make “exchange” more efficient when we could have simply shared in the first place💀.

Sigh glad to be free at least
