In a field I found a memory in myself a light freed from deep within

o sweet, you're flying; o pale, you're fleeting...

outside, submitted, on the floor. the voice treads over, an unappeasable rage. each stain reinvigorates with a restless caution. a lot like silent e(a)'s(e). i write as far away from myself as possible. 

he is sleeping on the woodpile. human strength & earthly weakness no longer different. our crushable, frozen hand knows no different - a fault in the breath. i cannot speak before this sky.

When a neurologic patient presents with some motor deficit -- say a weakness on the left or right side of the body -- the locus of injury may be at any point in the central or peripheral nervous systems. For instance, if there is weakness in the right arm, the problem may emanate from nerve damage (in the PNS), insult to the spinal cord at the level of the cervical spine (C1-C8), or some sort of infarction within the cerebrum itself. It is important for the neurologist to promptly determine the locale from which the neurologic deficit is being produced; that is, many neurological cases are emergency situations requiring assessment more rapid than what is allotted by CT or MRI scans. So how does one accomplish this task?
