There’s many reasons to love #Htown but to name just a few… Downtown Houston is gorgeous and has some of the most beautiful architecture (and the tallest building in Texas!) even at night it takes your breath away. There is a thriving art scene and tons of museums and larger than life public art. Oh, there’s also a bayou which is like San Antonio’s Riverwalk in that you can walk for miles & see great views of Downtown. Don’t forget Discovery Green (like central park, it’s a little green slice of paradise in the middle of Downtown Houston) & last but not least, there’s the San Jacinto Monument which is taller than the Washington Monument and stands in remembrance of the final battle for Texas.
