Protip 1:  Your cannot 'charge' or 'sue' anyone for plagiarism.  You can sue for infringement, but not for plagiarism.  And to sue for infringement, you first need to officially register it (applies to the United States, most likely for other countries with copyright/trademark laws).  Please find another internet lawyer to consult as your current one is providing erroneous information.

Ground Rules (to start with):

Not following everyone who follows me (some exceptions).  I'm tracking the #causesruckus tag.  If you want to rp, use that tag.  If I miss a reply or thread (usually I'll reply within 3 days at most), send me an ask or email.

I also reserve the right to say no to new things or cut things short due to a variety of reasons, usually due to being overwhelmed with other RL things or if I think something's not working out right.

Please keep in mind I can be slow with threads/replies, especially on weekends.

I don't do shipping unless we've been playing regularly for more than a month and there is chemistry between both the players AND the characters.  I also DO NOT SHIP DURINCEST.  No matter what please talk with me first.

No Godmodding and please stay IC.   RP and fanfic is there for pushing boundaries but there is changing the character so completely I don't recognize him/her from Bob/Susan.  AU is not an excuse for OOCness.  On the other hand if you think I am OOC, tell me.  Preferably with examples where and how.

Don't be bland, be creative and give me something to work with.

I am open to constructive criticism.  Send me an ask if you think there's something I can improve on.  This is also not an open invitation to troll or be abusive.

There were many problems, leaving aside lack of plot, circlejerking players (rping with only a small subgroup within the rp) and boorish, cringeworthy mod behaviour (screaming at other players in chat because of your own RL issues, passive aggressive mod posts and posting drunken selfies of yourself doing stupid shit on the ooc blog are NOT okay).
