A little post about my condition, as I need to express myself.

I know that everything written further does not relate to the main purpose of this blog, but I believe that I have the right to share my feelings. Today I had an exam, very important for my future. In the morning I felt as calm and cheerful as possible, but as soon as I came home my mask fell off and fear came to the surface. Fear for what will happen next. Fear for what I could do better. Fear because I couldn't. I won't delve into the details. It's just that I haven't felt anything like this in a long time. I haven't had any intrusive thoughts or bad thoughts for a long time.

Небольшой пост про моё состояние, так как мне необходимо высказаться.

Я знаю, что всё далее написанное не относится к основной цели данного блога, но я считаю, что имею право поделиться своими чувствами. Сегодня у меня был экзамен, очень важный для моего будущего. Утром я чувствовала себя максимально спокойно и бодро, но как только я пришла домой моя маска слетела, и на поверхность вылез страх. Страх за то, что будет дальше. Страх за то, что я могла лучше. Страх из-за того, что я не смогла. Я не буду погружать вас в детали. Просто я давно не испытывала что-то подобного. У меня давно не было навязчивых мыслей и дурных мыслей.
