I don't own many gothic pieces, but when the occasion involves a vampire movie, a dress that says "Elegant Gothic Lolita Aristocrat Vampire Romance" seemed like the obvious choice 😂 This is my first time wearing the Iron Gate OP since acquiring the re-release two years ago. Not very fond of the polyester, but I think the coord came together nicely!

Coord Rundown:

I love mint and emerald tones in lolita, and I'm really happy with how this coord came together! Those gold accents and a touch of cat-lady whimsy (always happy for an excuse to use that "useless sceptre" 😻) make it extra special.

Could you tell that the rose hairclip and bonnet aren't a set? Discovering items matching so cohesively despite being from different brands never fails to delight me.

It's really comfortable too. Those Bacio Bouquet pumps are easy to walk in as they have no heels. The lotus root sleeves are a lifesaver when dining out (no soup-dipping incidents here! 😂), and that clip-on wig from Monkeep is just a total game-changer for hot weather. I haven't worn full wigs in years as they can be hot in summer and really itchy, not to mention, giving a headache, so this was a god-send!

Shoutout to my friend for loaning me the gorgeous BTSSB Vellsarie Folding Umbrella – which I used to own but sold it when I was on the brink of leaving the hobby. I rarely regret my declutters, but this is one of my greatest regrets 😭 My dress is Rose Bouquet Stripe Chiffon OP by Victorian Maiden, one of my oldest EGL pieces that I bought from Black Alice before overseas online shopping was a thing! I’m glad it survived my various “feel like leaving this hobby” purges.

I still mask up whenever things get crowded though – can’t risk getting sick on my work trips! My handmade Jiji mask might not be strawberry-themed, but the black and red match my AP Strawberry Doll dress. Proof that cute and cautious go together! 😉💖

Deep in the Lake District is Gresgarth Hall Gardens - which is open just one day a month (on the second Sunday of the month between February and November) The way the flowers cascade around the lake is truly breathtaking. It's a reminder that some beauty is worth patiently waiting for.

Blue shoe blues 💙 My trusty Bacio Bouquet heels carried me through five years of loli adventures, but this outfit was their swan song! 😭 Hard to say goodbye to such a perfect shade of blue. At least they got one last hurrah with this coord~ I’m in love with how the blue and yellow play together. 💛

Thrifting in Japan never disappoints! This coord is mostly pre-loved finds - the Gucci Kids Strawberry Fairy tote (a steal from Vintage Paris!) and the Emily Temple Cute Dear Strawberry Anniversary dress (thanks Closet Child!).

Loving the versatility of this dress! I'm wearing a 75cm long A-line pannier, but it could be even more dramatic with a cage pannier or totally sweet without one for an otome style.

The tote looks pristine with tags, but comes with a discount thanks to some scratches inside (doesn’t bother me!).

Crooktail has been eyeing this laundry basket for awhile. Every time it's empty, she'll jump into it. So I let her have it! The vibrant red laundry basket purrfectly contrasts her sleek black fur. She looks like a black velvet ball of fluff!

But just a few days after Crooktail made this laundry basket her napping throne, Fuzzy has decided it's the purrfect spot too! Look at that smug little face!

Funnily enough, after this little episode, both cats lost interest in it so it's back to being a laundry basket. Cats are so fickle.

Even though this is out of season, I'll never stop obsessing over how my Angelic Pretty Romantic Rose Letters dress perfectly matches my Disneysea Spring in Bloom tote! The tote is double-sided with Duffy and Gelatoni on one side and Stella Lou, Shellie May and Cookie Ann on the other! I love Disneysea totes, the artwork is always amazing and they’re super roomy and stylish!

Angelic Pretty's Strawberry Doll might not be a crowd favourite among AP's Strawberry print dresses, but it's the ultimate all-rounder for me - perfect for cafe hopping, fancy dinners, or even frolicking in the park. Plus it's subtle and comfortable enough for travel and works well for dressy events like a work buffet (minus the twin tails, of course!) Anyone else out there have a favourite underrated print?

After seeing Innocent World's Jewel Cat Bag, which come with different coloured ribbons, I was inspired to accessorise my kitties with clips and coloured ribbons to make them more compatible with various outfits!

It’s a whole lot roomier than any plush bag and even some normie bags. I was stunned that it could accommodate an entire 450ml vacuum bottle and a foldable umbrella on top of my purse and other essentials! Of course, accessing your stuff, especially the ones right inside, might require some feline agility.
