It's interesting to me that Alex uses the word 'takeout', it's such a distinct americanism, and since Ian uses the more common british phrase 'a take-away', it seems pretty clear this is something he's picked up from Jack - and just, something something, can't communicate with each other, I don't know, can someone finish my point for me? 😅
