“of course. why wouldn’t i? i wake up early for the gym, but you kept me up all night that waking up wasn’t really needed,” he chuckled as he followed her out the door. “there is more where that came from keep it up,” he smirked. “re-evaluate you say? well what if i just want to take my shirt for everyone to see?” Mason headed to the front door and opened it for cat. waiting for her to so he could shut it and they could do their short little adventure. “so no shirt,” he smiled.

The raven haired girl shrugged, knowing he made a point “ see you can cut back on gym time now, you are welcome” She giggled and glanced over at him as they walked and her brows furrowed as she heard him “Um why would you want everyone to see,” she moved out the door and rolled her eyes “please, for my sanity keep it on” she chuckled making her way towards the trail leading into the woods.

 “  oh  thank  god  ,  ”  just  wanting  to  spend  some  normal  girl  time  with  everyone. it  had  seemed  with  their  openness  of  their  coupleness  recently  ,  they  were  just  going  to  ravish  in  their  new  love  24/7. hadn’t  they  done  that  enough  back  at  school  ?  she  hardly  seemed  to  see  cat  anymore. taking  another  sip  of  her  cocktail  ,  “  thank  god. yes  ,  let’s  do  that  tonight  ,  ”  her  excitement  building. “  let’s  swim  tonight  ,  fuck  the  spooky  bullshit  ,  let’s  plan  on  doing  our  own  thing. ”

cat knew she had been distract lately and was taken away from her friends and she wanted to make up for that “today and night I am all yours” she grinned at her, drinking from her cup and nodded as she swallowed the contents. “Oh yes please, that sounds wonderful. drinking on our floaties as we just people watch the drama” she giggled.

“hey, i told you that you deserve it,”he smiled softly as he grabbed his crutches from her and kissed her softly. “this probably was not your ideal hiking situation, but once these bad boys are gone then we can be that couple who like to wake up early and go do what no else wants to. plus seeing those legging on you only makes it better,”he chuckled as he lightly tapped her with his crutches. “i am always ready, but serious question. shirt on or off?”

She just laughed softly at him and furrowed her brows at him “you are going to wake up early with me to go hiking?” she said skeptical. She laughed again and smiled at him “I think hiking with you in anyway is going to be my ideal hike, though if I have to end up carrying you “ she teased shaking her head “hey!” she said giggling at the crutch hitting her “Oh please” she rolled her eyes blushing a bit “Um shirt on to start, then we will re-evaluate” she winked moving towards the door.

“  cat  ,  stop  ,  ”  holding  up  her  hand  ,  not  wanting  to  hear  anything  more  about  whatever  the  two  were  going  to  get  into. this  is  not  what  the  weekend  was  supposed  to  be  about. “  oh  you’re  making  time  for  more  than  that  ?  then  let  me  think  ,  we  need  to  have  a  fun  weekend. especially  away  from  all  the  spooky  stuff. ”

Cat smirked chuckling softly nodding her head “fine, fine “ she said holding up her hands to surrender. “i am here for hallie and to hang out with my friends. Of course I am making time for you. “ she smiled wide “Please if they start chasing ghosts I am taking you and we are dipping, to drink and go swimming or something” she giggled.

“I’m fine,” he smiled as he stood up with his crutches. “I’m not that handicapped, but I’ll tell you when I need to rest.” Mason stood in front of her with a smile on his face and wrapped his arms around her. “I’m gonna make sure you have a good weekend and of putting up with a little bit of pain is what I have to do then so be it,” he smiled as he kissed her softly. “I told you that I was gonna make sure you’re always taken care of.”

Cat was smiling more and more as she was closer “okay well “ she kissed him back and then moved to stand up facing him “You are honestly too sweet to me” she giggled and helped him up handing him his crutches “I know, I know. And I appreciate it cause you make me so happy” she said. She had never been good with the sappy stuff but it was nice how he always made her feel special “Are you ready?” she said gesturing to the door.

how  did  cat  know  she  needed  another  drink  ?  “  you  beautiful  human  ,  thank  you  so  much. ”  pouring  the  last  of  her  cup  into  the  new  cup  that  the  girl  had  given  her  ,  she  gladly  brought  it  up  to  her  mouth  and  took  a  drink. “  we  ?  i’m  sorry  ,  i  thought  you  were  spending  the  entire  time  in  the  bedroom  with  mason. ”

The girl smiled wider as she was complemented and put the cups to her lips taking a few sips. “Anytime my love” she stated and then rolled her eyes playfully at her comment “Okay, okay no not all day. I would miss you way too much” she pouted at him “Plus I have all night for that” She smirked

“Sorry we can’t but I promise that we will definitely go when this shit is healed,” he smiled as he brought her on his lap. Mason let his hand run her leg as he rested his chin on her shoulder. “But like you just said we have this whole room to ourselves and we have the whole weekend to definitely do whatever we pleas. where to start though,” he smirked. “Image so many ideas, but I’m loving this one right here. did you wanna try like a small walk?”

She leaned against him as she sat down and nodded softly, her smile spreading more “It will be a good weekend” she nodded as she kissed his head “But I am holding you to that “ she gave him a playful glare “I would love to go for a walk, check the place out” she nodded smiling moving to stand up “i mean as long as you are up to it?” she said gesturing to his leg.

Catalina was just rolling in her bag and she flung it onto the bed “Okay first thing first, I am sad we cannot go hiking” she laughed softly putting her hands up in the air, looking over at Mason with a grin, “We will have to have other fun, but It is nice to get away though and get to share a room” she smirked sitting on the edge of the bed.

Mason: you know when you stay stuff like that

Mason: I'll do whatever i can to make sure you are treated right for as long as youlet me

Cat: What??

Mason: oh yeah? why not
