"Nothing really," she said lightly. "Though you could pretend to be happier to see me."

"I'd consider it but not really in the mood for it."

"You don’t have to sleep because you’re laying down? I’m just trying to take care of ya." Dean closed the laptop. "Is there anything you want? That I can get you?"

Cas shook his head,”Not really.”

Dean frowned. He had no idea what to do. He went back onto his laptop and searched a little longer until he got the result he was looking for. “So apparently this one family was in a car accident and survived even though the car flipped over many times and landed on the roof. How could everyone survive something like that? I call demon deal.” 

Cas's knuckled turned whiter as he focused on the pain of gripping the bed,"That or they know an angel." He shrugged.

"Well it doesn’t hurt to try?" Dean shrugged it off. He didn’t care how weak he would get. He could see the pain his best friend was going through and it killed him. "I know you’re not. You don’t look it." 

Cas just nodded thinking,”I suppose and sleeping won’t help me I rarely do it anyways even having had become human..”

"You don’t have to sleep because you’re laying down? I’m just trying to take care of ya." Dean closed the laptop. "Is there anything you want? That I can get you?"

"Sammy wouldn’t be alone. He’d have you." Dean looked Cas straight in the eyes. "I need to find a way to track a hell hound… How did Sammy and I do it before…" He trailed off. "Hang in there buddy." He placed his hand on Cas’s shoulder noticing how he was gripping his hands on the bed. "Do you want to lay down?" 

"That is if it works.." He trailed off,"I’m fine." Cas didn’t want to sleep it wouldn’t do any good specially when Dean was thinking about whatever he was.

  Dean was in the middle of researching when something came to his head. “Cas… If I were to do the trials, I can try healing the demon inside of you?” He suggested. He knew the consequences that it may mean that he may die from it but Castiel certainly didn’t deserve too. 

He didn’t want to answer Dean that it was possible,”No Dean it’d be unbelievably stupid and probably just wind up with leaving Sam all alone.” His hands grabbed harder on the bed knuckles turning white as he tried to ignore the pain.

Dean helped Cas back to the hotel, holding up most of his weight in his arms. Kicking the door open, he gently sat Cas down in his bed, sitting next to him with a worried expression. “How are ya holdin up?”

"I thought dying was painful enough but this is worse." He muttered.

"It will go away, I promise. I don’t know when but it will." He stood up and walked over to the table, taking Sammys laptop and sitting back down next to Cas, immediately searching into anything he could find that would be able to save his best friend.
