“red wine is good for you.” “red wine is not good for you. the myth red wine is good for you was created by alcohol companies.” I don’t care that much because I don’t drink but I think it’s good for the soul for people who enjoy it. In moderation. Like fried food. Can’t eat that for every meal but if your Sunday fried chicken makes you happy then it’s sustaining you. My scientific nutritional opinion.
