Marcy!!! Marcy's the last girl I haven't gone in depth about in this au!

After Andreas tells Marcy's secret about getting them stuck on purpose Marcy hasn't ever been able to bring herself to trust him again like she used to. She can tell somethings off. As ive said Andreas beefs up security around Newtopia under the guise of protecting Marcy but sometimes Marcy feels the Newtopian walls are there to keep her in rather than keep threats out.

Marcy spends the 10 years doing what she always did in Newtopia. She helps the bustling city with their infrastructure is captain of the night guard and is genuinely a highly respected figure in the social hierarchy. She even eventually gains some political power, being part of the Kings counsel of advisors! She also does what Marcy does best....study. Shes learned a lot more about the calamity box and what it can do, and in her studies shes learned a bit more about what its been used for, and from what Marcy can tell its not good.

(Also another question I thought of while typing that one, Andrias told the girls about Marcy but did his true colours (hah!) get revealed as well or do they not know about the whole multiverseal domination thing?)

Yesss ive wanted to talk about Sasha!! After attempt to over throw Andreas Sasha and Grime spent some time in Newtopian prison but Marcy used her status to convince the king to forgive them and let them go. The only condition was that if either of them were to show their faces in Newtopia again there would be.....consequences. Marcy was hoping that getting Sash off the hook would be some kind of apology for what she did but Sasha just left without saying anything to Marcy Nowadays Sasha is the head of the south toad tower. After leaving Newtopia she put all her effort into rebuilding the tower after the damage done from the events of reunion. Shes at the point where she outranks Grime but it was his idea to step down as head and let Sasha lead. She has a good relationship with the other toad tower heads (Aldo, Bufo, and Beatrix) And shes also managed to fix her relationship with, and apologize to Percy and Braddock (they also have a tadpole together now)

Sasha's still as ambitious as ever, she wants to start another rebellion but Grime and the other Captains have to remind her that without the box she has no leverage over the king, and they would be easily defeated by his army. Sasha's just waiting for something to come along so she can restart her rebellion but for now shes okay with her life as Captain of the south tower. As for Andreas and Marcy, Marcy hasn't exactly trusted him since he told the girls about Marcy's secret. She is essentially some kind of royal advisor to him now, she still doesn't know about the colonizing but the more research she does the more afraid and suspicious shes becoming of him. Sadly Andreas has noticed this discord between them and keeps her on a tighter and tighter leash. He doesn't let her leave the walls of Newtopia anymore, claming that "Its for your own safety since the attempted toad coup" however Marcy has recently made an important discovery that shes been keeping from Andreas....

Yeah actually! Anne was really hurt by both Sasha betraying her trust and Marcy getting them stuck on purpose. Anne goes back home and spends the next 10 years as a part time farmhand for the Plantar farm and part time hero and defender of wartwood! She basically protects the town from giant bug attacks and what not. Despite everything she's really come into her own living in Wartwood and genuinely enjoys her life.

All three of the girls kinda avoid the areas they know the others are. All three of them have adopted a "this is how its gonna be forever" mentality about the whole situation. All of them do wanna make up with each other but they cant bring themselves to seek out the others. Eventually though the girls all end up in Newtopia at the same time which is where the "plot" of this au picks up.....more on that later
