The 1963 Chevrolet Testudo (Turtle in Italian) was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and built by Bertone on a shortened Chevrolet Corvair Monza platform, that was sent over by GM's Bill Mitchell. Giugiaro's seminal design turned out to be one of the most influential concept cars ever.
