On giving thanks: Starting a new job has meant saying goodbye to some fantastic people at the old one, and the transition has been bittersweet to say the least. This is the parting gift I received from my old team... people I worked with for many years, friends who know me well. I can't think of a cooler gift, and I am full of gratitude for this and for the many years of kindness and inspiration that I received through these good humans. Nobody does anything in isolation. I could never have gotten to this point in life without such a brilliant constellation of allies shining their light toward me.
