hello! may i ask what brush settings you use for your art? i love the way it looks and have been trying to achieve something similar to no avail
Hi! I use Photoshop to draw. I use their default pencil texture brush for the outline and hatching. For the shading, I use their default hard round brush, but I set its opacity to 80% and its flow to 30%. I also set the brush to adjust to my pen pressure. I hope that helps :D

I know I said I'm gonna update on a weekly basis... But this has been stuck on my head and I had difficulties concentrating on other task unless I get this out of my mind asap 🤣
So yeah... We got early update... 🙌
Also just a heads up, there's going to be a bunch of time jump and flashbacks in this comic series 🤣 there's a lot to tell and I don't have the patience nor the time 🤣 so this is the style that I choose 🥹😅

So... I try to make my own Bloody Mary AU.. hehehe this is going to be a long one so bear with me🥹🙏
I'm not super smart, so don't expect something scientifically accurate.. And I know from the very start that I'll be too lazy to actually color it, so I decided to make it in sketchy greyscale... It's also not a very traditional comic style with strict paneling so.. I'm really just winging it and hope for the best 🤣

Hello! I wanted to ask, if the 500 Miles song you used for your pretty animations is a specific version? I found it as the song of the trio 'Peter, Paul & Mary' but no recording so far sounds like the one that goes with your art (it's always accompanied by instruments, never this clear, a capella only).
Hahaha You're a very perceptive fella... That version used in my animatics is custom made cause I mixed them up 🤣 the first 20 second is the acapella version, and the later 20 second is the original version with instrument... I found the acapella sounds too haunting and the one with instrument a little too casual... So I mixed them to support the overall development of the story... Since the first half of the animatic is mostly sad (lots of death and isolation 🥲) I use the acapella.. but as Grace and Rocky meet Simon, the song began to feel more hopeful with the instrument...

I have a theory... Since 50 Shades of Grey is originally a Twilight fanfic that got so popular it became it's own novel and movie... I am delussional enough to think that maybe someday a Bloody Mary fanfic will get super relevant that we will get a movie adaptation staring Ryan Gosling and Markiplier... I don't know when or how but that shit would be the funniest addition to the 9/11-MCR-Twilight chain of events 🤣
