I maintain ownership of my art, even if I am commissioned to make it. you may not sell my art or use it for advertising unless otherwise negotiated. I may choose to share the art that you commission from me up to and including posting it publicly. unless otherwise negotiated.
I expect payment when I present you with a sketch or earlier. If you ask for something big I may ask you to pay upfront. I will not draw anything I am not comfortable with but feel free to ask. If you ask me to draw something on the edge of what I am comfortable with, NSFW for example, I will charge extra. If you make heavy alterations, or ask for excessive changes I may charge extra.
