uhm well im not asked this very often… but i dont think a being of pure light would bleed at all! maybe if it did it would be like the inside of a glow stick, but i dont think it would have red blood like us. to answer your second question, the glow stick juice/blood could cast the same light as the being, but it would be cold and lifeless unlike the being.
